Review 1：No bad experience but suggest more lighting at front of the hotel/sign as it didn't stand out.
Review 2：Quick and easy check in. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. We had take away food which was very reasonable in price, nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed the one night as a stop over.
Review 3：NO Kettle, It would have been great to be able to make a hot drink in the room.
Review 4：The rooms were clean and comfy. We were away all day, so were just using the Hotel to shower and sleep. Showers are very powerful. Air con and heating was great.

Review 6：Restaurant was hilarious with "Acorn Antiques" waiter who nearly dumped our main course down us - he spilt the soup down another guest. I suppose not too funny for the recipient but sorry he was very funny. Food not too great! Shower head in room shot off and remained broken during short visit! Bed very small for double.

Review 10：Our rooms were for non-smokers but strongly smelled cigarettes. The heating was controlled centrally and was available only for few hours in the night. As well, the WiFi signal was very weak.
Review 11：The Manolo hotel offers big and quiet rooms. The personnel was very friendly and polite.
Review 12：Very Noisy. We were in the 3rd floor and could hear people talking at the reception. I am aware, that the people in the south speak louder (maybe deaf), but if you want to sleep and can´t at 2 o´clock in the morning it is not nice. The porter didn´t want to know anything about it. Beds are too short for persons with 1,85m height.

Review 14：No heating, so the temperature in the rooms was around 5-10°C. Everywhere dirty. Blood and hair from other guests on more than one bed. We changed the hotel after the first night and changed to a better hotel.
Review 15：Wifi would not work in the bedroom.On Saturday morning we were awoken at 8am by a cacophony of loud voices from a Spanish family located in the foyer that went on unchecked by staff for an hour.On Sunday morning the housekeeping staff also woke us at 8.30 with their loud unbridled shouting going from room to room.Not a place to stay if you want to sleep after a night out with friends in Cartagena!

Review 18：My wife is disabled and we requested a room with a walk-in shower and got just that (doesn't always happen in other hotels). The hotel has a bar, cafe and restaurant attached to it which are excellent and great value for money

Overall, I'd recommend it.
Review 60：Was a very tidy and clean hotel. We had a triple and double connecting room. Both room were spacious and all we needed for a nights stay. There were numerous resteraunts etc within walking distance and a large supermarket across the road.

Could do with an uplift outside as on arrival the car park area was full of rubbish.

Review 67：It is in an industrial part of town, an ugly area. The hotel looks tired and old like it's surroundings. Too far from the centre of town. Definitely not a holiday atmosphere, more for travelling salesmen.

Review 69：The hotel is on a busy street some miles from the centre in a dull andboring area.Staff was dull too and spoke some English. The room was dull too with a small TV with mostly Spanish channels and some English (CNBC, BBC World) but the English did not come through well. Free Wifi internet was very slow in my room and it seemed that all streaming media was blocked. So you can only use e-mail services and the like. The bathroom had a tub and was reasonable clean . There is free parking space in front of the hotel but that can be full at times from shoppers. Breakfast was not included in the room price but there is a bar on ground floor where you can have a breakfast to order. This bar is used by workers who meet there and have some breakfast before going to the job so it can be noisy at times So, a hotel that is not too expensive but I would recommend to pay some extra euro's to be in a more lively in or closer to the centre.
