Review 1：No kettle in room despite the publicity saying that one would be provided, the wi-fi only worked in the main hotel reception area, the cafe/bar facilities were basic and limited.
Review 2：The apartment (room 2210) in the second block was light and roomy and very clean, the view of the river segura was fine.
Review 3：Hard to locate initially, needs better signage. No kettle or cereal bowls available. Balcony in shade, ask for a room facing the pool for a sunny outlook.

Review 9：Quiet a few pool loungers were broken. No clear signs or opportunities to use stairs. Even though on 8th floor we always use stairs to go down.
Review 10：Friendly staff, good prices at the bar, clean facilities but lobby ladies toilets could have been cleaner (broken sink surrounded by small flies-no notices to advise of this) but staff were helpful.
Review 11：Bath Room was full of ants told reception and he gave us a tin ant spray he also said that we had caused the problem by leaving food there. We did not eat in the apartment so we did not cause the problem!!!!!

The gym and the restaurant were notworking and the free wifi was only available in the reception area. Thekitchen is poorly equipped, many kitchen utensils were missing (forinstance there was only 1 small pot and 1 small frying pan)
