Review 1：It wasn't much of an issue and will soon be over, the main road is being upgraded therefore work was ongoing, surprisingly though we weren't that bothered by it. If it turns out like the Soll upgrade it will certainly help the traffic flow easier.

Review 2：Excellent all round, friendly and efficient staff, wonderful choice of meals. We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it never disappoints. It has expanded at least twice since we first stayed but hasn't lost it's charm. This was our second visit this year having gone with family in July but our usual ime is September. Ellmau is a very pretty village and the possibilities for walks around there and the surrounding area are endless. The funicular is being replaced by gondolas for this winter and wasn't available, however there were various other ways we could access the mountains. Will return hopefully next year.

Review 3：We did not like the fact that smoking was allowed in communal areas. The no smoking areas were small and not segregated from smokers and smoke permeated to all communal areas. The marble by the jacuzzi was slippery when wet. Some corridors need updating.

Review 4：The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was nice and menu was varied. We had a very nice room and balcony. The hotel is close to cross country skiing and the runs were very well maintained.

Review 5：Wellness area. Outside and inside swimming pool. Different sauna's and they are even going to extent this area! Food was delicious. Very friendly staff. Nice and cozy sitting area's.

Review 6：naked people in the spa its not a English thing and you are looked at when you stay in your swim suits which makes you feel uncomftable thats my only thing i dont like at this lovely hotel

Review 8：Hotel is close to the main road, so on this side of the hotel you can hear the noise from the road. Part of the staff at the front desk does not match the standards requirements for a 4 * hotel in responsiveness to a guest.

Review 16：We love this family hotel and can't pass by it without staying at least 3 nights, it's like coming home. Everyone is so friendly and the food is fantastic. It's just the perfect place to stay and we will be going back in August to have a family birthday there.

Review 17：Arrived after 22hrs and were not able to enter the hotel for approx. 10min since we had no key yet.

Review 18：Perfect location of the hotel, nearby ski rental and several bars. Friendly staff and warm atmosphere in all bars and restaurants.

Review 19：A lack of any english instruction. This meant we were shut out of the hotel without a key, bashing on the door to get in. Also no english instruction on how to work the very swanky TV which seemed to have only 100's of austrian speaking channels.

Review 21：no transportation to kitzbuhel, high taxi prices, late check in , not a luxurious hotel the interior design was ok. Bathroom was better in the pictures.
