Review 1：Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great view at the front. Good facilities. And large high quality buffet breakfast. Compared to other hotels in Denmark, this was great value.

Review 2：It's all there, it's all practical but I didn't like the all-inclusive attitude and the lack of authentic atmosphere.

Review 4：The third floor and the elevator had an awkward and unpleasant smell. The dinner at the Restaurant (not the Bistro) was delicious, it was how ever very clear that the staff didn't want us there and wanted us to leave as soon as possible so they could go home. No one asked us if we wanted more after taking away our main course plates and when I informed them after 15 minutes that we would like some desert we were told that the kitchen closes at 9.30 PM (this was 9.32) I informed them that no one had told us about this a waiter checked with the kitchen and came back saying that the kitchen was so kind today and would stay just for us. Half way through our desert a waitress took our candle away and even though we really didn't care about the candle, the gesture was unpleasant since we felt we were chasen away.

Review 6：If I were to be really picky, I would say the room could use airconditioning but given that you could open the sliding door, it wasn't too much of an issue.

Review 7：Staff is very accommodating of our request. We were given a room in one of the separate "bungalow" buildings. The room was more updated and quite convenient for our little dogs since the grass fields are just a few steps away. Unfortunately there was no wifi so we asked for another room. They gave us a room with seaview in the main building. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Restaurant also good. Good facilities.

Review 8：We had booked a Superior room, a nice size with a sea view. No air conditioning, no fridge, no safe,no bath, and the very limited toiletries Lifts were slow and small for such a huge hotel

Review 9：It was right by the beach but quite a distance from any town or shops if one did not have a car. Nice pool and sauna and fitness centre.

Review 10：Sheep dog conference rather overpowering. Strong dog smells in corridors and lift and barking during night. Could have provided warning that Bistro and main restaurant were heavily booked.

Review 14：WiFi is not through the hotel but through your own hotspot via your own providers services, though I was told it was routed through the hotel which makes it free!? Hotel decor is a bit dated with little sparkle and style but the views outside are beautiful. Lots of noise through thin walls and not good when a large party is having a very loud disco until the early hours.

Review 16：No air conditioning in the room and to open the windows didn't help. Must have been 35 °C or more in there and I slept very badly. The room was badly furnished, looked like an institution in the late 70'ies/early 80'ies. The pictures of the rooms on the website are clearly from the newest building (2013). We were unfortunately placed in the "Sydfløjen /Tusindfryd".

Review 19：The restaurant with children's buffet and the playroom for young children were great. All was very good. The beach was across the street, there was a playground and an indoor pool.

Review 20：Rooms are not air-conditioned and having a room facing the sun from mid day to late evening made the room unbearable hot. With two young kids (under 3) we got close to no sleep and decided to pack up an leave at 5:30 AM next morning.

Review 76：A bit unfortunate that our room draining system in the bath was not good. The staff said 'somebody had a look at it, please just let us know again if the problem still exist'. Of course it's only slightly better but I just couldn't bother to repeat it. A bit disappointed for the price that we paid and the quality that we got.
