Review 1：Very basic for a 4* hotel. More like a low end 3*. Smelt of cigarettes. Freezing cold. Terrible breakfast. Definitely not a 'spa' hotel

Review 3：Room view was of another building next door...so not much of a view. Bar downstairs needs a serious upgrade.

Review 5：We didn't use the spa /swimming pool during our stay, there were times when it was unavailable to hotel guests . On the first day we did go to take a look but the doors to the pool area appeared to be locked and there were no instructions on how to enter even though it was open and guests were swimming in the pool.

Review 6：We arrived at about mid day. We were checked in immediately, our apartment was ready . On entering our apartment my daughter decided that she was not happy as it did not have a balcony. We returned to the reception and asked if it was possible to change to a room in the main hotel. After a discussion we were giving the key to another room and were allowed to look at it before moving. Having looked at the room we were very pleased with its location on the 5th floor overlooking the front of the hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful when we checked in, asking us if we needed information about Mahon and giving us maps and a magazine with lots of useful information. We had a hire car and she showed us on the maps where the car parks were and how the payment system worked. There is street parking outside the hotel some of this is free and was always full, the other is meter parking and is mainly short stay. There is a car park with in a 5 minute walk , where it costs 0.20 euro and hour as you do not have to pay for every hour that you park we paid roughly a euro a day. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a wide variety of choice. We ate 1 evening meal at the hotel restaurant, this was good value with a 3 course meal costing 16.50 euros. Plenty of choice and show cooking.

Review 7：Booked apartment with noisy aircondition from the neighbours house.

Review 8：Hotelroom better than apartment. We got upgrade to room with jacuzzi because of a noisy aircondition. Very kind staff and delicious breakfast and dinner.

Review 9：The tiny and dreadfully uncomfortable beds. The insects in the room. The dirt in the room from previous guests. The noise day and night. The terrible food which made us ill. The poor alcohol. Not having our room cleaned or beds changed. Not being provided with daily clean towels. Having to beg for additional toilet paper! And finally, as if the rest wasn't enough, we had a cockerill outside our room which woke us up at 5.30 am every day! We were so desperate to escape that we paid and had a nice hotel for our last night!

Review 10：The last night when we checked out of the hotel a day early and stayed in a hotel with comfy beds, edible food and no insects in the room. There was also no smell of sewerage at our new hotel!

Review 21：The parking is not but not so good when you are looking for a place to park your car ( it's the centre of the city so free parking is a bit limitated or you can park in blue zone with its limitations). Since the shower wasn't closed complitely At the end all floor was full of water. The balcony had only one chair ( we were two) and it was facing to the balconies of other private clar which made us have the curtains close just in case they could see us through them. I suppose having different locations for balconies you can always choose.

Review 22：The food is very good, overall the breakfast with tipical food of the island. The location is perfect when you want to go having a walk to the port and most turistic part of Maó. Though I wrote some negative thing down here we had a good impression of the hotel.

Review 23：The air con wasn't great, but it was the end of Sept. and wasn't too necessary (I wonder if it's OK in summer?). I would put the milk at breakfast in jugs, instead of leaving it in the cartons!! (looks nicer, but really, everything was fine at the hotel, for the price.

Review 24：The hotel is located in Mahon, not far from the Bus Terminal. About a 15 min. walk to the Port area. It is very nice, well-kept up, has a spa on the top floor with swimming pool and massage - spa facilities. The breakfast is TO DIE FOR, it is fabulous, like an NH or Design Hotel breakfast, nice products, good quality. Miss Nuria was especially helpful during my stay at Reception and was very nice to me!!

Review 71：We were impressed with this hotel. The staff could not do enough for us. Breakfast was brilliant. Pool and jacuzzi very good too although opening hours were limited. The location was very good for the bus station and for those wanting to be central but didn't have any views and was not quite so near to the port for holiday makers
