Review 1：A little bit far from the main square- but not terrible. Good walk after dinner. Beds/linens could have been a little more comfortable - only complaint.

Review 10：Spacious, modern appartment. Well decorated. About 10 min walk from the main Square. Good restaurants nearby. There is a small spa facility with dry sauna and jacuzzi tub. Breakfast is served into the room. There is a parking garage underneath the building.

Review 11：Breakfast was delivered to the room, which was really convenient. There are laundry facilities upstairs which was a welcome surprise after traveling for a week. Only a couple blocks to the main plaza, great location.

Review 13：There is no kitchen equipment as a set available. The pans are old and not in form to cook properly. The washing-machine is not a very good one, with very few spin rounds (600rpm). The whirlpool was not very clean.

Review 14：The staff apart from one man was very friendly. The room was big, clean and we had a balkony with a great view. Also the bed was very comfortable. The fridge from the kitchen was quite huge. The breakfast was very delicious and verious. We would recommend this place.

Review 18：The rooms were HUGE, the beds were really comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, the kitchen had everything you'd need, the fridge was big-- I was so impressed. I wanted to move there. The breakfast was delivered to the room every morning for free- what a nice wake-up call! The savory croissants are the best. There are also free laundry machines on the top floor. Then-- just when I thought it couldn't get better-- I got a massage. It was only like $20 for an hour, and the woman was AMAZING. I gave her an extra ten bucks just because I was so impressed. You have to schedule the massage just a little bit in advance (they say an hour, but they'd probably like a little more time, because they have to call the masseuse and she has to come over), and then you go up to the top floor and get the best massage ever for an amazing price. Book this place! It isn't right in the main square, but it's only like five minutes' walk, so it's totally worth it. Plus it kind of splits the difference between the main square and the bus station.

Review 57：We stayed in the hotel twice. It definitely was not the cleanest hotel we stayed at (floors, while the bedding was very clean) . If the outside temperature is low (winter) the heating through air conditioning is of no use and it gets quite cold as also one window did not close completely The hotel has their own washing machines and driers which it offers for free to the guests. The problem was that the drier did not work. We had to use the laundry service to get our clothes dry. There was a discrepancy in the price of about 100 % between the price arranged beforehand and what we were supposed to pay in the end. After a lot (!!) of complaining the problem was solved professionally by the hotel.

Review 63：On our arrival the young lady who checked us in was excellent. Later when we discovered that we has lost a small bag she could not have been more helpfull. Firstly she called the taxi who had brought us from the airport a.d then the airport security police. She seemed genuinely very pleased when she had located the bag. She was also most helpful when we checked out.
