Review 1：We booked Noray apartments and this was on the confirmation but we were not allocated to Noray and we specifically wanted this as we had stayed there before.

Review 3：Very steep hill from the harbour to the house and although we didnt have to vacate till 12 the cleaners were there waiting for us to go at 11..

Review 7：Attention to detail. Remote control for the air con units was missing - but they did replace eventually. Needed a replacement WiFi modem. Some light bulbs missing. Faulty toilet, but easily fixed.

Review 11：We booked a duplex apoartment at the villa Noray. The day before our arrival we reçeived an email informing us that we are moved to another complex belonging to the sale owner named Marina Azul. This complex is much older and it does not look like the villa Noray complex. It is not what we book. Really disapointed Wifi was very poor and the kitchen was poorly furbished.

Review 19：Poor WiFi in the apartment - that's it!! Maybe this should be looked into - we really didn't feel the need to call Roberto to complain as our phones picked up local networks to check emails.
Review 20：The marina at Puerto Calero was beautiful and most of the restaurants were very good, some excellent. I enjoyed the exclusivity of the area to very quiet. The apartments were superb - exactly what we were looking for - clean and quiet. Roberto the director was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Puerto Calero and the Islamar apartments.
Review 21：No plugs in either of the bathrooms so we couldn't have a bath, no teatowels, a side light had a crack in it and when we moved it to plug it in it broke completely. No English TV, no written explanation about how to use wifi, no English speakers in the company that owned the complex to help us.
Review 22：I shall be in touch with Booking.com about this booking. Although they advertised with words and photos the name Noray Apartments - I did not stay in Noray, but in Marina Azul, a completely different complex on the opposite side of the road. Buildings were older and definitely not what I expected. This was gross misrepresentation and I learnt from the owners of Noray that this has happened before. But, the house was OK, the pool and outside grounds beautifully tended.
