Review 1：It was a straight-to-the-point place with a generous breakfast and a small but very tidy room in a location that was central for my needs. The area itself is not 'up and coming' but certainly didn't feel unsafe.
Review 2：The bathroom was not clean. The hot water from the shower doesn't work properly and the faucet holder is broken. The door from the shower cabinet can not close well.

Review 16：We have never traveled to Germany before and the first day of arrival it was difficult to find the hotel using GPS. The front of the hotel is on a pedestrian only street so I would suggest for future travelers to ask for an address to the back parking lot. Also, WiFi was a weak signal and was not always available.
Review 17：The room was exactly as pictured and better ! We could have stayed longer in our exact room in this hotel. Staff was friendly, people were friendly, breakfast that was included was great, location on point; we were extremely satisfied with our stay and we would stay again.
Review 18：The wifi wasnt working during my stay but this was not a problem for the one night. The only negative thing was the extractor fan in the toilet was very noisy and was connected to the light switch. I heard the extractor fan in other rooms going on and off in the night,would ask the hotel to get it sorted ,otherwise a good choice.
Review 19：This was a very good hotel in the middle of the shopping area in Essen. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast was very good with a large choice of Rolls ,meats cheese etc. The beds were comfortable and could not hear any traffic during the night. The price was excellent and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
