Review 1：The area where the hotel is situated is a bit run down. Narrow streets with lots of damaged pavements.

Review 2：Close to the fortress, harbour and waterline, which is a great area. Fabulous staff, very friendly

Review 12：About 2km far to the city center, buses are not very frequent expecially in weekends.

Review 14：The hotel was closed when we arrived and I had to make an international call to obtain the door code. There was no bar or restaurant available as it was Sunday. They had telephone our home number and left a message but we were already in Denmark so it was not received. Very disappointing.

Review 15：The setting on the lake was beautiful. The staff were helpful when they appeared on Monday morning and the breakfast was adequate.

Review 16：Hotel is understaffed. Only 1 guy after 6pm and he had to do everything. Lots of little fly-like insects during summer at the lake. Be careful
