Review 1：There is no reception, no staff other than at breakfast and to make the rooms. Therefore there is no onsite management as we had issues with our room. The personnel sent over from the Best Western were unfriendly and did not try to find a solution regarding our concerns about the room and our expectations of a spaceous room with terrace. Also, 20% payment had to be made within 10 days of booking and balance 30 days before arrival. These payment can only be done via Bank Transfers, no credit cards!
Review 2：The breakfast was ok, however it was never replenished after the 7am start of the buffet.
