Review 1：When we checked in the chap in reception noticed from my partner's passport that it was his birthday and a complimentary small bottle of champagne was put in the frodge in our room!

Review 2：The location is incredible! The room was very clean and comfortable and the olive oil toiletries were divine. The food offerings in the bar were very basic, so definitely go to a nearby restaurant.

Review 3：some dining room/bar staff could have been a bit more welcoming/friendly. Breakfast was ok. Some days there were no croissants when we wanted some. Pillows were not ideal for us. We don't like square pillows and only 2 rectangular pillows supplied but they were clean quality pillows so it's just a personal grouch.

Review 4：Lovely clean modern bathroom and bedroom at rear. Front rooms have lovely views. Friendly reception staff. Great location 10 mins stroll from Cadaques village.

Review 5：were told staff on 24/7. went to check out early am and nobody there. found older man prepping in kitchen and he spoke no english but managed to make it very clear how mad and put out he was to take our money --- VERY bad reflection on the hotel!!!!

Review 8：Stunning location . The hotel had a very nice pool / terraced area. Always lots of beds free. Lunches by the pool were of a good standard. The room was small but clean and comfortable . Breakfast was a buffet but everything was plentiful , fresh and tasty.

Review 9：Our bedroom Was rather small with limited draw space and only sa few hangers... It's a shame the Hotel dorsnt accept a few dogs in their rooms as they are not so smart as to used that as an arguement

Review 13：Everything. This is such an elegant family friendly, sophisticated hotel. The charm is that the visitors aren't rude, everyone eats lunch at a table not on their laps by the pool. Everything is stylish. It's family run. The rooms are clean and cook and goregeous.

Review 14：Only one lift we could see - often busy. Thought the price was too high and would not rate this hotel as a 4 star in spite of its prime location. Parking was difficult and the hotel garage had a very low ceiling.

Staff seemed very very upset to be working and put off... I think better for the Hotel to not serve dinner !! I use to get payed to evaluate and implement upgraded levels of special services and quality for upscale and VIP services.My advice regarding your restaurant would be...You have an unused asset with huge potential for finical profit .Your restaurant could be a huge source of profit .You already have the customers to fill it.Your restaurant should and could be filled and waiting list every night.You should focus on a Top chef! with the right chef and simple menu and servers that dont work at hotel!!Key you hire a few servers just for dinner service .Because of your loation you should have your pick of some of the best chefs of the world !!If you hire the right Chef and the menu small with a signature appetizer and desert (you will become famous for)Next- Thurs thru Sat have a local music!!! (a huge$ maker) Singer/guitar player usually you can find for free until you see what fits.You can make a lot of $ just from bar !Your location is perfect for sunset drinks and appetizers ..Bar-Should specialize in Spanish wines anddrinks ...A signature cocktail and very small appetizer menuLocal talent Local wines Local foodat reasonable pricesyou will have people lining up and calling n booking a head .on that note you should only allow reservations at restaurant to hotel guest.Hotel guest feel special and are more likely to dine there. (worked at several places I implemented )This also puts you on the map as a week end get away hotel.

Review 22：The location of hotel is amazing. The combination of old architecture and remodeled hotel is fantastic! The Pool is not to be missed the sun hitting the olive trees eating a fresh tuna fish sandwich (simple and affordable ) and taking a swim in the classic large size pool. Pool area really nice tables and even a B B Q area. The breakfast which was included simple but nice. Baked goods fresh! Location was perfect ! Hotel has Parking which was one of the reasons we chose. Great restaurants to walk and dine at . We ate one dinner at hotel...Only negative experience we had. I can not recommend dinner at hotel!!! Much better food and prices you can walk to. Rooms and staff great! We will definitely be returning.

Review 104：It seemed that the air conditioning was not cooling enough, but just by turning it off, and opening the terrace door, the problem was solved. In case anyone is concerned about safety, not to worry, the terrace blinds can be locked.
