Review 1：Excellent hotel for smokers if you are non-smoker then you have a problem. I stayed in this hotel just before Christmas and was staying in standard non-smoking room in non-smoking floor. We woke up first morning and room was full of cigarette fumes!!! it appears fumes appeared into room through ventilation. Reception ensured that its just impossible that such situation should arise because floor is non-smoking. After some persuasion they agreed to change the room to different in same floor (4th), it was way better initially, but in the morning cigarettes fumes were back! not that intense though as in previous room but still unpleasant smell. I didn't wanted to ruin my vacation by constantly arguing with the Reception staff so i went by.

Review 2：Didn't like having to pay to park in the garage.

Review 3：The rooms were very inexpensive so it was easy for all my friends to get their own room. There was a shopping area less than 100m walking distance with restaurants. Also there was a parking garage.

Review 4：No tea/coffee making facilities in room. The wifi kept kicking us off and was basically non existant in the recepetion area.

Review 5：The staff were very helpful any time we had questions. Complimentary bottle of water and coffee downstairs in the reception. The room was quiet despite the busy time of year!

Review 6：The parking is actually in a public multi storage car park, this needs to be stated as the traveller thinks the hotel has secure parking onsite. Also I think the breakfast is over priced for what you get!

Review 8：Excellent staff- very helpful, friendly and cooperative. Super housekeeping- I had very well cleaned up room to come back to every evening. Small yet very functional rooms and toilet- most importantly very clean. The location is superb. Its right in the shopping area and close to the bus station. I would definitely stay here again.

Review 9：The rooms are really small. The 1st room they gave us had a horrible small. They switched us the next day to a room, which didn't smell. Also, the hallways smelt like smoke. The temperature drop drastically during our visit, so we turned on the heat. However, the radiator was so tiny that the room never got warm.

Review 11：Accommodation itself is ok, the corridors leading to the rooms deserve an upgrade of carpets and Wall paint as it looks a bit past its date.

Review 12：The staff at this hotel make the difference. The staff (and I met 3 different receptionists) were very polite, welcoming and efficient. I want to commend Mina. I left a mobile phone behind in my room and after I phoned (from another) from my train to notify it'd been left behind, she herself went up to the room and 5 minutes later it was ready for collection at front desk, taking out all the stress of missing files and numbers. I doubt many staff at posher hotels would care as much.

Review 18：I loved the modern interior of the hotel and what they've managed to put into a modest space. The location was also great, right in the city centre. The room itself was clean and gave a comfortable feeling during my stay.

Review 54：We were upgraded to a suite as the room we had requested was occupied. It was a lovely room. The breakfast was excellent. The staff went out of their way helping us. We had no faults at all with the hotel except for one thing.

Review 55：The place has no air-conditioning or proper ventilation so on a hot day you are suffocating inside. There are no proper bathrooms. The bathroom is in the room and is only separated by a glass door through which you can see and hear everything. The overall quality is only slightly better than that of a student dorm. On top of this, the cleaning lady came to clean the room at 8 am on the day we are leaving.

Review 56：Staff was amazing. Changes our ultra-heated and noisy room for something a bit more reasonable and overlooking the inner courtyard. The exceptional front desk staff are the only thing that made our stay there more bearable. The location is also very central.

Review 57：No mini-bar or fridge in the room. Room is too hot during summer and no air-cond. This is first time in my life staying in the hotel with no fridge and air-conditioning. Breakfast is same everyday and the worst is the burnt bacon you get for breakfast. What a horrible feeling.

I'm a non-smoker but my room was full of smoke - I called Reception and the lady said she could do nothing about it (which I actually believe). Had a terrible night and was ill in the morning. When I went to check out (early). the lady at Reception didn't seem too bothered.
