Review 1：Didn't like the way the B and B guests were/were not assigned tables at breakfast.

Review 2：I found the hotel experience to be efficient, friendly and hassle free. There was a nice ambiance and it was quiet, warm and clean.

Review 3：Quite difficult to "climb" with heavy luggage the 10 steps at the entrance of the hotel (from the street to the lobby). Should be found a solution, not only for "mature" people.

Review 4：It is the 4 th consecutive time in we spent at least 7 days vacation in Elisabetpark Hotel. I have no sufficient words to thank to the director Mr.Sergey Sokolov for his personal efforts to make our stay in the hotel a real dream. Thanks also to Ivona from the Reception. Review 7：The room service was very poor, they did not take the used glasses in the room. The small bottle of Champagne was free, but it wasn't cold. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. We asked for the extra blanket, but they forgot to supply us with one- we had to remind them at night again. We were not impressed that after the room cleaned, later in the afternoon, the extra blanket we were supplied the night before was not there! and staff members seemed visited the room in our absence.

Review 8：Staff were quite friendly, location was good, not near the ski resort, but that was not a problem for us. Breakfast was good.

Review 9：Year ago breakfast was so fantastic with salmon, sparkling wine, everything. Now only very typical for 3 - 4 star hotels. So sad, because it was our most important reason to choose Elisabeth Park again. Other thing also, one year ago excellent steam Sauna. Best in Austria I would like to say. This time same Sauna was there still, yes, but no steam almost at all. We told that to resecption, but no effect to better during whole week. So that sauna was empty. No any people sitting there. Very sad because that steam sauna was our second reason to choose Elisabeth Park again. With this price of hotel...well I think we want to try next time some other hotel from Bad Gastein. There are many possibilities.

Review 43：Very bad experience with this hotel, they all have different opinions. So for a request, you can have solutions as many as the number of people you ask. Breakfast was the same during the entire week and not very diverse; they could change it a bit,as you cannot eat the same thing every day. A boiled egg has additional cost! Very poor english level in hotel.

Itsurpassed all of our expectations and ended up being the best holidaysour family has ever experienced.Hotel Room: We upgraded to a Deluxe Double Room and it was more than big enough for our family of three. We were on the street side and had a decent view of the mountains through our windows. We received a bottle of champagne and chocolates to greet us upon entering our room.Restaurant: We booked the half-board package and the dinners were just amazing. The restaurant offered buffets on two nights and a pre-arranged menu on the other two nights. All meals were fabulous with great selections of soup, salad, main courses, and desserts. The breakfast buffets are as good as you will get at hotels. The bread was fresh and a very large selection of meats, cereals, and sausage, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The service provided by the staff was just incredible during our meals. We have never experienced better service in Europe during all of the years we have lived in Europe.Pool / Sauna Area: The pool size comfortably fits 15-20 folks and the temperature is around 30-32 degrees Celsius. The pool hours are from 0700-2200. There were 5 saunas and all were great. For those types who don't want to totally shed their clothes, they have a "clothes-on" period from 1500-1800 and a "clothes-off" period from 1800-2100.Fitness Room: Plenty of free weights and a new treadmill and elliptical machine. It was nice to experience a quality fitness room with newer equipment.Internet: First off, it is free. It is great in the lobby area and it was decent in our room. My laptop had issues in our room but the IPAD seemed to work better.Location: Right in the middle of Bad Gastein with the waterfall being 50 meters away. Bad Gastein is a historic alpine town with charming old buildings and structures.

Review 81：There was a restaurant just in front of the hotel, which let me 'enjoy' a very loud music every evening up to 10-11 pm. It is not the hotel's fault, but sometimes there was too loud in my room. Airconditioning in the room was just a big window - which was quite a problem to open when there played loud music in that restaurant. The TV was out of work, but for me it was not a problem at all so I did not even ask to repair it. The dinner was a bit too late for me (I have it normally before 6 pm, but it started at 6.30) and the choise of vegetarian dishes like anywhere in Austria (it seemed to be) was quite narrow.

Review 82：I am happy that I stayed in Elisabethpark. The personnel is very-very helpful, friendly and professional, especially receptionists Vazlav, Natalia and one more man I don't know his name, restairant personell - Natalia, Salim, Gabr, Johny and the driver Yufraim (the spelling can be wrong). They were always ready to help They all made my stay there very pleasant. I went there because of Gasteiner Stollen and it was very handy to have the transfer to and from Stollen every day. The view from the room was increadible. The location is very good - in the centre of Bad Gastein, 10 min walking distance to the railway station, they can also lift you up to the station gratis. The room was always clean and tidy. The spa area is quite nice.
