Review 1：We chose the hotel mostly based on it's location, which was great for a trip to see the lighthouse and shoreline. But the hotel was also very quiet and comfortable, in a semi-residential area. We had use of a refrigerator. The proprietor was friendly and answered questions about the history of the area. The breakfast buffet was well presented and delicious.
