Review 1：Quiet hotel in beautiful surroundings very near the lovely village of Allauch. We found the kitchenette very useful for making breakfast and the odd lunch. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Review 12：Nothing. Too expensive for bad service and accommodation they offer. We booked the room for 63eur and nowhere was mentioned that it's the room in lower ground-floor without window and fresh air. Although we requested not to have room in the ground floor no one cared about that and we got the worst room ever seen. After complains and unpleasant discussion, receptionist offered us room on the first floor but for the price of 83eur. Not to mention that hotel was not full and that they had the possibility to gave us the better room at the beginning. But obviously, they do not care about the satisfaction of their guests.

Review 13：Wi fi is only at the reception zone. Gps cannot find it at once and there is no quite well seen sign of the hotel at the road. The location is good only for those who uses a car (for us that was not a minus cause we travelled by car, but for someone that might be)

Review 16：Only 750m to where I have to visit in Alluach. I had little interaction with staff, only checking in, so unable to rate higher than good. However, this is not meant as a negative comment, as with Facilities. What there are suit the location.

Review 19：Marseille is a terrible city, once we left the highway and drive on a roundabout, suddenly a robber throw a big stone onto the car and tried to open the rear passenger side door... so horrible!! After we arrived the hotel it didnt stop, there's no reception, and after struggling we finally entered the room, surprisingly the door couldnt be locked!!! With previous experience you can imagine my feeling!!

Review 20：Arrived late due to traffic, used automated check in as advised earlier in day but none of our details were recognised, finally found emeregency contact number to be given completely different booking reference to the one we were given earlier, very frustrating when we had had a very long day on the road.

Review 23：The hotel was more like an ordinary motel. The room was heating in asplit system which was faulty and it was quite cold. Staff were veryunfriendly. Worst of all are errors in the description on the bookingcom website. The description of the hotel was inaccurate. In thedescription on the booking com website it was said that "If you plan toarrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the hotel inadvance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation". Sowe called in advance to reception one day prior to arrival. Thereceptionists did not tell us, that reception would be closed in theevening, and did not give us the number of our booking. On the contrary,we were told, - "do not worry. Registration of arrival is available round-the-clock". Actually registration in the motel is only until 8 P. M. fromMonday to Saturday. After this reception is closed and you can receivekeys only from the automatic machine, after payment by credit card. Thisautomatic machine was difficult to find in the dark. The payment whichthe machine took from our visa card was more than quoted on the bookingcom website. Marseilles is not visible from this hill. It is a longdistance to any city from this motel, the car journey to Marseillestakes 40 minutes. There are no restaurants or shops nearby, so the onlypossibility was to travel to a shop and bring the food to the motel roomfor an evening meal. There was only croissant and poor coffee offeredfor breakfast. On the day of departure staff started to disturb us at 9o'clock in the morning, someone knocked on the door every half an hour,trying to wake us. Then receptionists told us that check out is 11 A.M.,instead of midday as it was specified on the booking com website. Onlyone receptionist spoke English. He told us, that the description on thebooking com website was incorrect. He also said that the difference inthe price was payment for their poor breakfasts.

No change of towel and nocleaning of the room until we left, apartment advertised as sleeping 4adults is not true either because second bed is 140cm large. My 2adolescent children had to have another apartment because of this atmore cost to us. Tv also is not working in flats. Only plus side waslocation for me to see my family. Pls shop around...
