Review 1：A little difficult to find and not much to do in the immediate area.

Review 22：Went in what was obviously down time, as there were only 4 guests in the hotel. Happily, this meant we were upgraded to a top floor suite- which was incredible. The room alone was top quality, not to mention the large terrace with views of the marina.

Good fairly priced menu with good wine and drinks at reasonable prices. Great views over the Marina. Staff very helpful and friendly short taxi trip in to town to ferry and shopping. Recommend trip on ferry over to Cadiz under 3 euro. Will return to this hotel again without any doubt very enjoyable stay.
Review 39：Not very organised for breakfast. No bowls for fruit/cereal and had to search for extra utensils as staff seemed to stay in the kitchen.

Review 41：There was no working air con in the room. Bath was rusty and scratched with taps that were wobbly and we could only seem to get hot water out of! No windows in bathroom and no working ventilation. Bed was not a double bed as requested, rather two singles shoved together. Biggest pool was completely drained of water plus area itself was not as was described website. Hotel was in a small town of its own far away from Puerto de Santa Maria (not walking distance) with absolutely nothing to do in the area unless you fancied sailing! As I found out we had booked into a Yacht Club! No description of this at all on booking.com. There were no drinks in the mini bar and when we asked about ordering some drinks up to the room we were told we could go to the restaurant, buy them and take them to the room ourselves! Then to top it all off in the middle of the night a very loud banging started coming from the vent in the bathroom, didn't get any sleep first night. When we complained the next morning we found out that amazingly they knew about the banging noise, it was a loose pipe and had to come into our bathroom to fix it (why they put us i this room to begin with if they knew about this, I don't know) but much to our annoyance the banging started again the next night. In the end we had to change rooms. At least the new room had air con and no banging noise! Absolutely dreadful hotel, do not recommend it to anyone at all. Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and very expensive for what it was. Not 4 stars at all, wouldn't give it any to be honest.

There are a selection of cafe's and bars a short walk away near the beach front where more people seem to visit. Our hotel room was quite small but clean and in reasonable condition. The hotel it's self was very quiet and lacked a little atmosphere. The restaurant did not appear to be open but we did see snacks a the bar.

Fairly near to local beach and opposite a rather tired run down marina as it was 8 years ago when we berthed here. Free wifi in all areas. Visitors will need a car as it is a long walk into P de SM which is a non-tourist scruffy but enjoyable place to visit.
