Review 5：Everything about the Nassauer Hof is great, from the location to the staff. I had a small(ish) room this time, but it was very well laid out and nicely appointed. The reception and concierge staff are prompt and helpful. I never had to wait for anything.

Review 10：Room Service a catastrophy, brought wrong order and almost charged twice. Staff seemed None too bright. Bar is terriffic but is a smoker's Bar. Our clothes stank. Non smokers, therefore ,discriminated against. Price for breakfast at €32p/p outrageous for persons who generally eat small breakfast. Went to Cafe down the street and atea wonderfull breakfast for less than €20 for both of us. €15.50 for WiFi is outrageous when it is usually free in most other Hotel. Windows old and cracked on outside. Awning over window was covered in Mildew. This is NOT what one would expect of 5Star Superior Rating. loppy very sloppy.

Review 11：Location of Hotel. Art Deco Bldg. Room: Clean, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom fully equipped but without a stool. Shower leaked on floor. Only two pillows on bed.

Review 12：4 star hotel uses cheap 100% synthetic bed bele.Impossible to sleep.Corresponds to rest at a chemical warehouse. All other benefits are irrelevant. This urove linen only for homeless people in shelters - have to sleep dressed.

Ourparents were given a room that smelled reallz bad, in exchange thez weregiven a room that is smaller )even though we were given a cheaper priceupon check out. Spa treatment quality was poor. After the firsttreatment, we have cancelled the rest of our appointment.

Review 17：Total disappointment. Had to drag our luggage from the taxi to the lobby, staff came out when we already reached the door. Had to change our room due to horrible smell from the bathroom. wifi was charged 24,- and did not work properly in the room, not at all in the bar (and staff is aware of it) - impossible to work. Spa charges 15 EUR for basic facilities like sauna and provides cheap slippers in small size, so they did not fit. The poor decoration and attitude does not match a 5 star hotel, we were very disappointed and would not go there again. A totally outdated hotel and not worth being a 'leading hotel of the world'.
