Review 1：Terrace is extremely small (two people on the little table is just ok, not more), and you are almost beside other guests in the garden. Wireless LAN not reliable. Bed just acceptable. Too hot and hard to cool down even when it's fresh outside. Bathroom and toilets, though clean, are very outmoded and dull Noisy if the people in the neighboring shack just start to speak

Review 3：Best location in Skagen! Friendly and awesome staff/owner. Cosy cottage in the backyard, best place to stay. Great value for money! Epic experience to stay at this place!
Review 4：The "cottage" is a wooden summerhouse with no facilities -contains bed & shelves only. Got charged 550dkk extra on arrival for"cleaning" - there is small print on the booking form thatsuggests possible cleaning charge but it is mandatory and owner has"take it or leave it" attitude. One toilet and bathroombetween about 20 people.

Review 9：I was moved without my consent to a basement room instead of the original reservation due to a mix up with their reservation system. The room was cold and damp.
Review 10：Nothing about the accommodations.However, Skagen is a lovely vacation place.
Review 11：Very old house, smell of mold and painting falling of the walls, nothing where clean, old rusty shower. Looks like the beds are the only thing which have been renewed IN YEARS!

Review 14：The room was a little spartan but considering the high price level in Skagen, the hotel was value for money, excellent location and a plus for availability to a full equipped kitchen. Also an excellent wifi connection.
Review 15：Had to pay 75 dkr/bed extra for bed linned, you would expect that to be included in the price. NO towels! Toilet/Bathroom in the basement. Carpet in room very dirty and stained.
