Review 1：To find most of their visiting sites like museum and Basilica closed because of their national holidays of which we were not aware before booking. Maybe an idea for booking com to draw the attn to future visitors !

Review 7：There were stains on the bedspread and the curtains, what made it appear dirty, and the room smelt. Furthermore, the heating was too noisy and it was off when we entered the room, so it was a bit cold.

Review 9：The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The location was just on the edge of the city and if travelling by car, very convenient parking and just a three minute drive on one of the main streets will take you into the heart of the city.
