Review 1：Our quiet location turned into a very noisy night!! Not a complaint as wasn't the hotel's fault. Don't think the food warmers were working as food was never hot. Couldn't charge drinks to your room in the restaurant.

Review 20：The free wifi was pretty bad. It was fine in the lobby, but the further up the hotel you went, the worse it got. We had to move rooms on the second night due to the air conditioning not working. We went from the 5th floor to the 9th floor, where the wifi was practically none existent. To be honest though, if that's the worst part of the hotel, it still makes for a pretty great hotel!
Review 21：It was all great value for money. Rooms were basic, but all we wanted was somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep and that's what we got. Staff didn't speak much English, but we loved this as it made our holiday more authentic.

Review 24：The INTERNET: for so many positive aspects, the INTERNET (free or paid) is ANTIQUE…!!! We used such a slow and ineffective internet connection 20 years ago. I really wonder how the management accepts and tolerate this…! With a small investment (maybe less than 1000 Euros) in routers, this problem will disappear.
Review 25：We liked the view, first of all… The beach: golden sands, large enough, long more than enough… The nice, golden sand continue in the water as well. Is a supreme relaxation to weak up with the Mediterranean See under your eyes! Large beds, clean and large enough bath room, small but well-designed balcony, providing intimacy when staying outside. Excellent breakfast (diverse and endless quantities from any kind of meal, juices, coffee, etc.). After such a breakfast, you will look for dinner, not for lunch. Dinner: the same style, buffet, with a lot of possibilities (beef, pork, fish, chicken, local dishes, etc.). Spa area (indoor): a heated swimming pool, not that large (for such a huge hotel, difficult to imagine accommodating 10% of the customers) but well-designed and equipped. Jacuzzi – well heated and fine. Outdoor area: generous, with a large swimming pool, clean and well maintained. Enough space, small mini-bar outside. Extras: we liked a lot the care of the hotel management for the tourists and their program. Each day, at least five different activities were organized (including a disco night, with live, good old time music and animators). We also enjoyed the bar. Very diverse palette of drinks, super-efficient staff, ready to prepare for you any crazy drink you ask for.

Review 28：The staff on reception were rude and unpleasant. The rooms were so noisy you thought you had people in the room with you. The guests at the time ( some kind if football team) were causing mahem, I had to check out at 11pm with my 5 year old. My daughter also got an ear infection after spending just 30 minutes in the in door pool. Out door pool was freezing. It was an awful experience.

Review 32：The walls are so thin, that you can hear everything in the rooms next door and a lady coughed continually all night, it sounded as if she was in the same room. The restaurant is like a school canteen, with bright lighting and it is massive with people swarming everywhere to eat as much food as they can. My husband left his lager at our table to get some food with me from the buffet and the waitress had already cleared our table and thrown his lager away, this happened on 3 separate occassions!!! And our table had to be relaid each time!! The bar is even worse, with strip lighting and cheap steel tables and chairs in a long room which resembles a corridor! Not quite the atmosphere we would have liked. The food itself however, is good, with plenty of it and varied choices. There is also a stage by the pool area which plays music all afternoon and a fluffy octopus appears for the children! The children in the hotel were loving it!
Review 33：The location was wonderful, right on the beach. However, in the evenings there was nowhere to go as it is a long walk from town. You would have to catch a cab everytime. The rooms were very clean, and our balcony overlooked the beach.
