Review 1：The mattresses rather hard for us seniors!!!

Review 2：Pleasant environment and good service, clean and tidy, nice and tasty breakfast and its location close to the city center. Further, close by covered parking at a very affordable daily rate.

Review 3：Parking card for 24h is convenient and is almost no cost for longer car park. Rooms are personalized and not standard decorated, gives a cosy & homy feeling.

Review 4：They do not have parking. It was impossible to find a place near to ask where to park. Then, you need to go to the parking of the commercial center at the other side of the big street and carry the suitcases and bags to the hotel. After hours driving and with traffic jams due to work roads we were already exhausted. Also the fact that reception closes at 8pm. We needed to ask for directions and get a map of the city but there was no one...

Review 6：My favourite hotel in Wiesbaden. Localization is great, staff is superhelpful and very nice, the room was very comfortable, breakfasts were very good and I really had a great time there :)

Review 7：Was a bit noisy (busy street) - comes with central location I guess. What was an issue for me: I need rooms to be completely dark to sleep well, but I could not darken the room fully. And the street is lighted all night, so my room was simply not dark enough to sleep well.

Loved the location - everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, curteous and each person went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel as though we were the only guest on site. Definitely a 10 star experience! Will stay there again when in Wiesbaden.

Review 60：Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and 10 minutes walk to the congress centre. Hot water and proper shower-head! Room was facing the street but was very quiet. Plenty of inexpensive and decent restaurants within walking distance.

Review 61：The rudeness of the bfast attendant was a surprise seeing as how the others were nice. Since it was 10 mins to 10 she didn't want to cook more eggs. The clerk finally insisted that she do so (she continued to ramble on in German after I told her I only knew English). Then when I asked her to heat some of the deli meat in te sme pan since there was no other meat left she flat out refused and the clerk did it. Otherwise, it was a good stay n the brownies were awesome!

Review 78：Travelling with a group on a business trip, the rooms were adorable. Basically a mix of vintage furniture with modern wallpapers + lighting. The hotel feels as though it's been recently renovated, and the owners are still enthusiastic about their project. It's very clean, and located a few minutes walk from Wiesbaden's main shopping district.

Review 81：On arrival at 17:00 I was advised that the reception closed at 20:00 and after that time I would have to use my key to enter via the night entrance. As it happens this was not an issue for me, but if this constraint was on the website when I booked then I certainly didn't notice it so a surprise. Definitely worth contacting the hotel in advance if you are considering a later arrival or might be delayed.

Review 82：A relatively small hotel close to the centre of Wiesbaden and well located for the shops and spas. The rooms are simple but reasonably comfortable and the hotel offers good value for money. Breakfast was included in my rate and offered a reasonable selection.

Review 95：A pleasant overnight stay. Close to shops and restaurants. We stayed in a front room which was rather noisy however asking for a side street room would avoid this. The bed and bedding could be improved. The bed a little hard, pillows require more filling and for our queen size bed we had two single size flat sheets covering the mattress. An adequate breakfast served in pleasant surroundings. The modern design makes this hotel stand out with a modern clean atmosphere. Loved the room numbers on the floor in the carpet.

Review 96：The bathroom was not cleaned when we received our room. There was no telephone in the room. The windows were not soundproof. Overall the hotel was not quite dirty.

Review 98：1) Hotel Alexander did not provide a water boiler or heater. Was thirsty at night, could not boiled some water to drink, neither did some bottles of mineral water provide (even with cost/chargeable is fine). No convenience store nearby to even go buy some water. 2) TV was installed too high. 3) Room at cupboard corner was not bright enough 4) Electrical socket did not cater for UK type electrical plug, so could not do my work at night.
