Review 1：The room air was very dry and I'm not sure Lino on the floors is the most comfortable.

Review 2：Nicely designed and refurbished rooms with help from Hay I guess. Great breakfast too. A possibly the best hotel wifi I've ever used.

Review 3：At check in was told I didn't have a booking - turned out they had checked somebody else into my room. Having made me feel that it was my fault they eventually found me a room. Had an executive room but it was one of the smallest and worst equipped rooms I have ever stayed in. No wardrobe, no tea/coffee making, no water, no glass. Tiny bed with uncomfortable mattress. etc etc - Do not stay here!

Review 5：The Comwell has 12 floors, but only 1 floor for parking. The half of the floor is reserved for Deloite which have 1 of the 12 floors! You will never find a place their. I have found a place beside the regular places in the parking house and have received a ticket about 750,- DKK (100,-€). Never ever again.

Review 9：My luggage was lost at the airport and then delivered to the hotel the night before my check out. When I was checking out nobody told me that they got my bag and I was travelling to airport without it. And then it was to late to deliver it to airport, so I travelled back without my bag. Staff behaved really unprofessional in this case.

When we came in there were no bowls, knives, spoons etc. It was also a very unpleasant and stressed feeling.This hotel does not live upp to their description as exclusive at all. The hotelmanagement should be ashamed for planning this way! The restaurant is obviously not dimensioned for a full-booked hotel. Not acceptable!

Review 21：While the beds are comfortable, the fact that the windows don't open and one can't turn off the air conditioning completely (and thus always air moving) is suboptimal. And the fire escape sign is so brightly fluorescent that I had to hang my jacket over it to sleep. The wifi was a bit spotty. Breakfast should be available until 11am on Sundays.

Review 22：The hotel's style is very modern and ideally situated next to the main station and the associated shopping gallery. The view over the city from the top floor window's is impressive, and the rooms are quiet and the curtains actually darken them. The breakfast brunch has plenty of choices.

Review 32：Great location very central, close to the train and bus station as well as down town, and not far from beach and Marselisborg forest. Very nice design and atmosphere. Rate was good but I fear it was an introduction offer.

Review 33：Wish we had a minibar/refrigerator to store drinks and milk for our toddler. The high tech elevators (was it five or six of them?) wasn't really effective. A few times we waited up to five-seven minutes before we could enter one that wasn't full during breakfast hours. Not every elevator seemed to be active, but maybe in nearby future?

Review 34：We stayed at this new hotel a few days, and it was the best comfort throughout our vacation. The beds were super! The room is decorated by danish design, and you can even buy some of it if you're interested. Very kind staff!

We mentioned problem to the staff who were already aware (a teething problem of a very new hotel) and had arranged to improve wi-fi reception to the upper floors within a few days. If you arrive late when the free hotel car park is full, you have to park in a nearby shopping centre for approx DKK150/night.

Review 58：Eccentric design. Lack of wardrobe, drawers, shelves or similar facility for clothes. That the only facility for hanging clothes/jackets etc is in the bathroom. That the safe box is located basically at floor level with the consequence that instructions can only be read and codes inserted when one is lying on the floor. That the same door is used for closing the WC room and the shower cabin (outcome of that is wet WC room floor).

Review 63：The provided room key did not work, we had to get another room as the lock did not work. It took several attempts to get in the new room as well. Though we got a parking place in front of the hotel we were advised to use the garage which is not connected directly to the hotel, you have to walk on the driving way and the charge is considerable. At the end of our staying an extra 100 DKK was added to our bill without any notification or explanation. When we noticed we could not get back the money right away, we just got a verbal promise that it will be transferred back.

Review 65：We very much didn't like that the double bed had two separate mattresses without even a connecting top mattress - very unpleasant for couples in our opinion and a surprising mistake from a brand new hotel. We have missed a little having a minibar in the room as well.
