Review 1：Wonderful staff that take their time to help you. With our small kids, we didn't feel in the way at all. Beautiful views! Has plenty of wellness activities. Heated pool outdoor! Located well for hiking, and a nice 10-minute walk into the town doable with baby carriage. Very reasonable price. Parking right outside the hotel.

Review 2：I missed to have WiFi access in the room. There was cabled internet access, but very cumbersome to use. Id like to have more international TV channels

Review 6：The view was beautiful, the hotel clean and nice, the staff and the owner family were great and friendly. Me and my mother enjoyed our stay very much, and we had a great holiday. Looking forward to coming back some day. I'm sure that my kids would enjoy the stay as well. The walk to the village was not too bad, we walked to and fro several times. The hotel also offered some tips for hiking, which was nice and useful.

Review 7：Awesome view from the balcony of the room. The hotel have a lot of amenities - heated outdoor pool, games room, spa, sauna, relaxation room, they even provide 3-course dinner for 13euros per pax which we thought was really good. A short afternoon stroll to Bad Gastein waterfall area, it was really beautiful. All their staff was friendly and accommodating. My husband and i really loved our stay.

Review 8：Wifi only in TV room and extremely hard to connect. I borrowed a connection piece to connect via LAN cable through cable TV - was better but slow and unstable.

Review 9：Extremely willing and helpful stuff, very caring and polite. Great food for an excellent value! Good hotel facilities, such as ski room, kids room, bar etc... Very clean and spacious room and stunning views of the valley. Graukogel lifts very close.

Great breakfast buffet. Halfboard possibility - was good food on limited choices, much value for money! We will come back sometime for sure

[CZ]: nestabilní a nespolehlivé WiFi připojení, dostupné pouze v "internetové místnosti" a i tam jej na noc vypínali aby "nerušilo ostatní hosty..."; rezervovali jsme panoramatický pokoj, ale dostali jsme "polo-panoramatický" - krásný výhled z okna, horší z terasy...; prapodivný systém objednávání menu k večeři na následující den...

Review 27：The most amazing breakfast which included a huge array of options including homemade stewed fruit that was delicious. The outdoor thermal pool was so warm and relaxing even in October.

Review 30：We were happy to spend one week in the hospitable hotel “Alpenblick”! We were charmed by an ambiance, style and service of this fantastic shelter for tourists from different countries. Elizabeth, Claudia and their team have been created a fabulous castle of relaxation, kindness and piece of mind! We hope to revisit “Alpenblick” at the first occurrence.

Review 31：very friendly, super location with great panaramic view, flexible in the terms of service including preparing vegan delicious meals, with a great relaxing and spa opportunities ( thermal pool, beautiful garden, other spa faciliities, radon baths, massage), great place for yoga practice, peaceful and in nature.
