Review 1：The Hotel was great - and only if being very picky , it was the subsidiary Spa that was included as part of the facilities that were a little "weak" as the providers of the treatments which were not employed full time at the Hotel (& whilst pleasant ) were not very experienced /skilled and were therefore expensive/not good value.

Review 2：Outstanding food , hospitable and friendly staff who were extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the area - did everything they could to accommodate requests. Room very clean, well equipped (including an English News Channel ) and quiet in a pretty setting. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Review 3：What a GEM!!! Picture perfect hotel, restaurant and the beautiful Nells Park in the back was a treat to walk around after breakfast!! Close traveling to different sites and downtown Trier was a treat to hv a German beer and currybraut!!

Review 4：Hotel had a slight noise problem from the adjacent park which seemed to be full of young immigrants drinking and shouting on an evening, which was unfortunate. Location was about a half hour walk from the city centre too, which was not a problem for me but may be something to be aware of for others

Review 5：Very polite and helpful staff and a wonderful clean and well presented room of good size and well furnished. Excellent on site restaurant. Excellent wellness centre and small gym. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate all my requests. Exceptional service.

Review 6：1. The noise at night from the street even though the hotel is outside the city. 2. Staff failed to tell us that they provide bus tickets into the city, as we wanted to leave our car alone for a couple of days and decided to take the bus. The driver asked us "why we're paying, as the hotel gives tickets to guests"! When we questioned them about it at check-out time, the best solution we got was "I am sorry"! An excellent team member would say: "Since you paid 17.20 Euros for the bus, we'll forgive you the 10 Euros for 2 days parking"! No such courageous initiative. Oh well…. 3. One front desk clerk very unfriendly and reluctant to help, like don't ask me questions, I'm busy, can't you see?

Justoverpriced for what we got, compared to the 10 other hotels we stayed atin our 3 weeks in Germany. Would recomnend it, however. But we paid alot less for a much better experience at Klosterschenke.

Review 14：We brought our bikes and the staff was very accommodating in storing them in a garage on site. They also have bikes to rent which came in very handy. The park behind the hotel which their new terrace looks over is lovely! The terrace is a wonderful addition!

Review 53：Fantastic location. Got bus from Frankfurt Hahn airport and it left us right outside hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful park and about 20 min walk to Trier centre or about 5 min on the No. 1 or 86 bus. The stop is only a few mins from hotel. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff were very friendly. Our room was small but very comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 54：The steps into the entrance. The luggage had to be carried up the steps too, which is difficult when one is even slightly disabled, a ramp would be definite advantage.

Room had no minibar.above our bed was a wall very unusual no protection for head,we heatour head one time, for sure you get harmed. They had renovation in hotelso, for breakfast we must go outside to another place. For inconvenienceeven not offer breakfast in the room could have. Because was snow andvery cold how possible they do this to people? We paid as they want butthey do so!

When we arrived the rooms were set up perfectly. Thehotel is decorated in a French Country motif, which is comforting. Thebar staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Location toaltstadt was close and convenient. Price for such a nice place was veryreasonable.

Review 70：We thoroughly enjoyed our one nights stay at the Nells Park hotel, (enroute through Germany and Austria on our way to stay at Lake Garda, Italy) so much so, that we booked again to say for the night on our way back home to the UK. We found the hotel to be the exact amount of comfort that we required for a one night stay and in such quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Review 71：Be aware that the bus to the town center cost more than 2.50 euro per person for a single ticket which makes a return for a couple more than 10.00 Euro: a horrendous amount for such a short journey. If you have one, taking the car to a parking is worth considering.
