Review 1：The eating area was utility standard, and the restaurant was of limits to residents. The food was amongst the worst we have encountered in a so called four star international hotel.

Review 2：Fabulous tranquil setting in the midst of a world heritage site close to centre of Elche. The welcome by hotel staff is very warm. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a large swimming pool and patio area. In the inner courtyard there is setting to relax. The a la carte restaurant situated within the gardens serves fabulous food and provides excellent service. There is always a very warm welcome at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is good and has plenty of choice. We have visited the hotel several times and will continue to do so whenever we can.

Review 6：Lovely room and very quiet. Pool clean and at the right temperature with plenty of space. Grounds well kept. Easy walk into Elche and the palm area; Elche is a typical Spanish town with plenty of restaurants and small shops. There is a good restaurant adjacent to the hotel. This is not a hotel for the beaches of the Costa Blanca but good to get away from the crowded beach areas.

Review 7：This is a hard question, I would say the wireless network was very slow. However I was on holiday so it wasn't a problem.

Review 8：Great location, 5 minute walk into the centre of the beautiful city of Elche. Rooms were a nice size with a comfortable settee. Bathrooms were also a nice size with plenty of surface area. Restaurant was fantastic. Great menu with a super recommendation of wine to match our dinner.

Review 14：The hotel is situated in a lovely location surrounded by stunning trees and gardens, with a massive swimming pool situated in a cool and shaded area. The hotel and rooms are immaculate. All of the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. This is our first visit at the hotel but it will not be our last. Well done to all the staff and management. Only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride to the beautiful old town.

Review 20：The hotel is situated in a beautiful location. The Staff are very friendly and professional. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool area is very relaxing. We had a fabulous meal in the a la carte restaurant. We would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. It is also very conveniently situated for Alicante airport. We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave too early in the morning for the Airport. However we have done so in the past and the choice and quality is very good.

Review 22：Strange ambiance of a palmeraie (palm trees). Quiet with bird songs in early morning. Protected parking. Walking distance from city center and surrounding activities. Very good breakfast.

Review 23：Communication was often difficult and we sometimes found the staff unhelpful. When I said the air conditioning was not working, I was told the hotel only had heating, no air con; but even the heating did not work, but we did not need that. When my husband asked for ice (no machine available) the staff said yes but then did not bring it - he finally got it from the bar. When bringing luggage in from carpark, there is no ramp, only a poorly situated metal slide to push your suitcase up, and it was interfered with by the window shutter of one of the rooms.

Review 25：Rooms and hotel a bit outdated No airconditioning in the rooms, that makes them quite hot (and outside it was just around 18 degrees Celcius) In the first room there were barking dogs during the whole day and night, fortunately after the first night they provide us another room and it was very clear that the staff was not happy with those dogs as well Parking on the hotel area was €6,50 per night, while there was enough space for parking the cars

Review 38：Fantastic hotel just 14 kilometres from the coast in superb location, with lovely pool and great sized rooms. Wl he is a historic town with several museums and the Hardin de Horta just round the corner. The million palm trees everywhere provide great shade.

Review 45：Waited long time to be served in bar, no one else there but staff kept us waiting. Receptionist continued her personal conversation for at least 5 mins whilst we waited to check out.

Review 47：Lack of sunbeds for a few days. Gym could be vastly improved. Bathroom wasn't cleaned so well for a couple of days but may have been due to days off. On a main road. Not many staff working, e.g. at Breakfast, meant that crockery not always available, but was rectified immediately.

We had a leak that was fixed immediately and gave us no further problems. Great pool. Room enormous and very comfortable, not on the road so quieter. Short walk to main square and shopping area and about a 20 min walk to the train station. Breakfast nice.

Review 56：Just 30 minute drive from Alicante Airport and an easy 10 minute stroll into the centre of Elche, set in a palm grove, we had a lovely 4 night stay here in early July. The hotel was spotless, the air con worked a treat, and the pool area was attractive, peaceful and relaxing. The hotel had a pleasant bar and breakfast area and an excellent separate restaurant set in the hotel grounds. The staff were attentive and efficient, although not particularly fluent in English as this is not a Costa Blanca holiday hotel and I would guess that not many English tourists find their way here. For the price this was absolutely fantastic value and my partner and I would definitely stay here again.
