Reviews for Hotel Buchenpark
Review 1:The hotel staff in the lobby is only available in the middle of the day; earlier and later you should call at the hotel bar. The common places could do with a little overhaul (they look and feel a little run down). Limited parking places - for a fee! This is not to blame the hotel, but the town (although not without some old-day charm) seems to be a gerontological reserve; a huuuge contrast with Swinemunde (Swinoujscie) a stone throw across the Polish border, which is immensely lively and never goes to sleep. De gustibus...
Review 2:Our room was amazing, especially the huge balcony turned into a study (huge windows everywhere, desk, TV/monitor...) with spectacular view on the town roofs and the sea. Luxurious bathroom, minibar (with a fairly cheap and excellent beer!), altogether two television sets, comfortable beds... Themed parts of the hotel (spring, summer...) - very appealing. Fine public bar at the street level, with direct access by a lift! Altogether - pretty amazing. Breakfast fair - no less, and no more.
