Review 1：Opted to park our brand new Dodge Charger r/t with 4100km in thegarage. The man at the desk opened the door to the garage with a key andwalked away. Due to someone parking a motorcycle in a no parking zone, Ihad to maneuver the car to get it to go in. As soon as the front of thecar was in, the door shut. I have two nice scratches on my brand newcar's shiny new black paint. I used the horn to get the desk manback to open the door. He tried for a very long time to evade thesituation, he didn't see anything, didn't know why I sounded thehorn, didn't know why he came back to open the door. After recordingthe second attempt at confirmation of what happened, where heacknowledged what happened, he contacted someone who was in charge ofsomething... He was speaking Spanish at this point... And said he wouldtake some pictures of the damage and the insurance company will contactme. It's been a month now and I still haven't heard anythingfrom the company. I would have handled this situation differently if theman would have owned up to the situation. He wouldn't admit toanything that happened freely. To all the folks who may read this, justkeep in mind that if anything comes up missing or damaged, the staffwill not be willing to admit something happened or offset the cost ofdamages while you stay at the Hotel Eden Mar. Your brand new car couldbe damaged, laptop broken, jewelry stolen and no one will know whathappened, and it will be your fault.

Review 2：Hotel was nice, a little dated but nice. Was very clean.If I didn't believe in honesty, I would make all frowning faces on all the review points.

Review 3：Some road noise in the morning, but not the hotel's fault and nothing a pair of earplugs didn't sort out.

Review 4：Staff were great - particularly Carlos. Quality very good for a 2-star rating. Excellent value. Bar was pleasant and well-priced. Walking distance to seafront and to some nice restaurants. Breakfast had a good choice and hot options were available at extra cost.

We were checked in and out with the minimum of fuss by Therese and she made us feel very welcome. We would have no problem staying in again or recommending Eden Mar to any other traveller.

Review 34：It was a lovely 2 star hotel spotless. The staff were great especially Carlos the owner, never met such a lovely man, cant do enough for you, we weren't happy with our room. He moved us on 2nd day, even helped us..i dont think we will go again as hotel is in a street. We like a view. Carlos has 3 apartments on the sea front, so would stay there.

Review 35：There was a strange smell in the bathroom, which never went away. Wi-fi didn't work a lot of the time. Hairdryer next to useless. Wardrobe doors didn't open easily, as runners were broken. In fact I gave up and left them open all the time. Breakfast was OK, just!

Review 55：The Manager Carlos has to be the centre attraction, he is so attentive, informative, helpful,courteous hotelier I have had the pleasure of staying with. The Hotel has everything you need for a city visit, once here do not forget this is just a 2 star Hotel, the rooms are not luxury but they are clean, functional and do the job. All the staff are lovely, the breakfast is great and the atmosphere is one of a busy little place. The location is just brilliant, not only do you have your own tapas bar and cafe but any amount of eateries within walking distance day and night. If all 2 star Hotels were like Eden Mar the 4 stars would be out of business. I will definitely stay here again whn I come back

Review 75：I booked a double and got given twin beds. The air conditioning control was missing from the room and when I asked reception they said they would bring it to the room, but never did. The room wasn't clean enough there was mold in the bathroom, the floor was dusty and there was a hair in the bed and the sheets didn't look ironed.
