Review 1：We had our car in garage - that was for us perfect. This hotel is very clean. Breakfast was perfect. Bed is comfortable, pillows are clean (in some hotels they have smelly pillows). The heating we could set on our temperature. The staff is very helpfull. I hope this hotel stays so clean with clean pillows, that is for me very important. For bussiness trip it is perfect!
Review 2：Noisy when guest are walking in the hallways. Also no wifi connection possible there were I was sitting (in the second room with the tv). Breakfast takes place in a rather clinical black and yellow setting without windows but for me it is not dealbreaker.
Review 3：Nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms, just nice and tidy. Good wifi connection upstairs. Quit when no one's walking in the hallway. I like the bathroom which has a industrial looking transparent coating on the concrete floor and some walls, but the finishing is great. Iv'e actually done some inspiration by this.
Review 4：When we arrived to the hotel we payed by cash and asked that it waspossible to booked one more night next day and also pay by cash. Theysay to us that it isn't a problem so we booked another one night onbooking.com. At the morning we went to the reception to pay for this butthe rude woman on the reception who said to us that information aboutour reservation and she knew about everything .... Finally she told methat we must 'leave hotel now' nd she cancelled our reservationeven she doesn't inform us about this. We had over 5 minutes to getout from hotel and she inform booking that we didn't showed up ndhotel wanted money back for cancel reservation. Finally we haven'tgot any place to stay in Denmark and we wen 'on the street'without anything. So thank U..for the worst experience.
Review 5：Had to visit the reception to get towels as housekeeping had forgotten to put them in the room. However this was not biggie and the reception staff were quick to get them for me.

Review 11：Explained to the manager that room 411 has a very eneven ridged flooroutside bathroom due to pipes or cables temporarily covered over bythin plastic floor tiles. This is clearly a safety issue which couldeasily lead to a fall. The manager dismissed this as part of the housestyle whereas he should have offered another room. Clearly, it waseasier to insult his guests' intelligence than to ensure theirsafety and comfort.

Review 20：Every single thing at the breakfast (e.g. the cheese) was packed individually in plastic. After breakfast we had such a pile of plastic waste. Not very environmentally friendly!! The Hotel is a bit far from the city of Aarhus, but no problem if you have a car.

Review 26：we stayed for two nights and the room wasn't cleaned the morning after the first night. we would have appreciated to have a shower rug to put our feet on as after the shower the toilet was almost flooded. in addition the free wi-fi didn't work very well.

Clumsy elevator system with double doors of which one very heavy. The deco is fake retro steampunk/industrial. Synthetic bedding.

Review 33：The manager was not helpful when faced with a issue, regarding the power being cut off in the hotel (not a general power cut) as i have a condition and need a small machine to help me sleep,i explained that at 4am d power went off and my breathing and sleep was disrupted and causing myself and my pertner were distressed because of power cut. Manager gave impression it was not hotels fault and pushed blame on a building next door. I asked about some sort of compensation and was told he would look into it. This happened on our last night there and we had to travel the next day which left both myself and partner exhausted. I got the impression that the manager did not care. I would not recommend said hotel to anyone on this evidence based issue.

Review 46：watching tv from bed is not comfortable, Tv is possibly to high on wall? First time turning the faucet on in bathroom a wave of water flushed into my pants and down on floor. I adjusted the valves under the sink so there is no risk no more in room 307 ! Manager on the hotel should look into this simple solution.
Review 47：It is simple, good shower, warm and kind of spacious room (since there are no things not needed in the room). Nice view over Aarhus. Parking underground is safe and free. Wifi worked fine for us.

Review 52：I was not impressed with the breakfast. It was not included in the reservation and was continental style with no hot suggestions other than the customary boiled egg. Also, the coffee was not free. Who does that, in a hotel? The hotel seemed to be 'under construction', but was complete. So the signage and the look of the room had me a bit confused as to whether the look was on purpose or due to unfinished projects.

Review 56：Every time you take a shower, the bathroom floor gets flooded. Do not wear socks. Booked double room with double bed, got twin and they refused to change it. The lady at the desk was not cooperative and quite frankly rather snarky! You have to pay 89 DK for breakfast. And the pickings are very slim. You want a boiled egg? Thats ok, if you boil it yourself. You can choose if you want bread with ham, cheese or jam. Breakfast should be included, all though i would recommend you to have breakfast somewhere else. Conclusion: next time we go, we are going to a different hotel.

Review 58：Garbage trown outside the window on the ridge by some former guest. Can't understand why just leave it in the room and cleaning personnel gets rid of it ??! Breakfast buffet limited for what you pay, but still adequate. Not near center town. Only fast food and grill restaurants around.

Review 77：The room was unfinished, with 2 walls that need to be painted. The shower was opened at the base, so everytime the whole bathroom gets wet. Breakfast is not included, and it costs 90 kr, which is quite expensive. Considering that the entire hotel was under renovation, and that after all it is a budget hotel, the price per night should have been lower, but in the end we spent nice days.
Review 78：The room was new, clean and big (although we've booked a triple bedroom, it had 4 beds!) with a nice view on Viby Torv. The hotel is near a small shopping centre with a Føtex inside. McDonald and Burger King are just round the corner. You can reach the city center in just 10 minutes getting on 4a, 1a, 200 and 11: there are lots of bus stops just outside the entrance.
