Review 19：The room we stay was not clean. There're spider webs on ceiling, and spots on the carpets. It's the only one hotel with unclear room in our this time Europe visit of 10 hotels. And the door of my father-in-law's room had a hole near the lock, which looks very uncomfortable. Besides, the breakfast is related poor compared with other European hotels we stayed this time.

Review 20：Breakfast consisted of the same food which was repeatedly served each day. There was no air condition which made it very hard for us to bear the heat wave during our stay. There' s no separation between smokers and non-smokers. We practically couldn't leave the windows open to let fresh air in because our neighbor used to smoke all the time on his balcony.

Review 23：Minor thing....but if you are going to have soap/shampoo dispensersin the bathroom, they should at least have something in them. Both weredry....but may have been because we switched into a garden view room onarrival.....???? Again...very minor. We really like the hotel.

Review 24：The staff was excellent. This was our second stay here, and we knew wewanted a room overlooking the "garden" area....not the balconyrooms. They had us booked in a balcony room, but changed the reservationand had a garden view room made up quickly for us. Great service! :)Plus we got a small discount on the price of the room the next day whenwe checked out. Nice bonus!!

Even though we stayed only one night on our way through, accomodations were made for keys after hours, with a personalized card, and late dining recommendations. Someone still met us when we arrived and made sure we got in o.k. Beautiful and spotless hotel!
