Review 1：The multi storey house had no elevator so could pose a problem for people who would have difficulty accessing the upper floors. The hot water shower in our room was very sensitive to changes from scolding to cold with light movements.
Review 2：The location was perfect. It wasn't directly in the old town, but close enough to allow us freedom to wander around using multiple walking routes to explore. The breakfast was nice/adequate/varied enough.
Review 3：The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the staff is very friendly. It took us 10 minutes to walk to Dom platz and some twenty minutes to the train station. But there are always interesting shops, monuments or alleys on the way. We really enjoyed our stay in Pension Gerber, 'sides it's easy to get to Erfurt Hbf by tram.
Review 4：Breakfast was adequate but not elaborate. Room was comfortable, but will be less noisy if room does not face street. Parking was limited at location, but alternate was available close by.
