Review 1：Nothing except the price especially in half term, and also considering the area is relatively inexpensive Lights not work in the kitchen. Internal stairs in flats a little grubby from people using the beach and not cleaning up after themselves TV only had Spanish channels

Review 5：I was most surprised that no Maid services for a 10 night Holiday No clean towels or bed linen no instructions on where to empty bins which needed done on a daily basis so we had to use the Promenade litter bins not ideal

Review 7：Some noise from beach cleaning machines at 7am. Second bedroom has a large single with a pull out which fills the width of the room, climb on-off from bottom when extended & then can't open drawers & 1 cupboard.
Review 8：The location was as good as it gets. Large balcony overlooking beautiful beach & sea among restaurants & shops. Carlos at the Eden Mar who provides the keys etc. is a delight.

Check-in details:All guests should collect their keys from the Hotel Eden Mar, 19 Calle Mediterráneo, Guardamar del Segura (1,300 feet from the apartments).Deposit:A damage deposit of EUR 50 per apartment is payable at check-in. This will be returned at check-out provided the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition.Please note that check-in and key collection take place at: Hotel Eden Mar - 19 Calle Mediterráneo, Guardamar del Segura 3140.A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
