This new, 4-star hotel is set just off the fantastic beaches of the Costa Blanca. It is surrounded by the pine trees of the Reina Sofia Forest in Guardamar del Segura.

Review 1：Wouldn't classify as a holiday Hotel but is fine as a base. Hotel itself is well looked after but locality is run down and opposite a long term demolition site.
Review 2：Close to beach, if that is what you are looking for. Room more than adequate and Wi-Fi in room very good. Breakfast basic but fine (coffee very good!) Did not have main meals at Hotel so can't comment.

Review 9：This hotel was described as new and four star. It is neither! The first room we were shown to was awful, ripped and stained sofa, no light bulbs in bedside lights, only one bedside table - I could go on. The second room was better but very noisy, the fridge did not work, the floor was not very clean and had sand on it when we arrived. However the staff tried their best.

No orange juice, had to queue at bar for coffee, no self service coffee machine, on the hot plate there was four fried eggs and a few rashers of fatty greasy bacon nothing else, on the cold plate ham slices and cheese slices that was breakfast. Review 14：If this is a 4star hotel I will eat my hat, my wife and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary I booked it because it looked so good on the internet, so disappointed, will never book again, manager was just to young and had not got a clue he said it was a 4star beach hotel? and no help whatsoever, staff were no better, breakfast was a joke, we conversed with several other guests of different nationalities and they were of the same opinion, can't really say much more to be honest,

Review 22：The hotel has a very small car park and unless you book in advance you are unlikely to get a space. In august it is very very busy and car parking nearby is a challenge.

Review 66：No comfortable seating in lounge area. No sofas or armchairs. Just kitchen tables and chairs suitable for eating at or playing cards, which is a shame as hotel could easily accommodate some comfortable seating. This we feel is essential for a 4 star hotel.

Review 68：We chose Parque Mar last minute for a family get together and cannot rate the hotel staff and how accommodating they were for our specific requirements. All staff were very patient and extremely helpful with our last minute changes. We cannot thank the hotel enough for making a difficult time less stressful than it could have been. Review 69：The hotel has been taken over by Russians so expect a low level of customer service. We booked the hotel as it had a spa, on arrival we were told it was unavailable. The hotel was empty except for us and some workers staying in some of the rooms. This is a hotel I would avoid. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful.

Review 74：Cleanliness was amazing. Staff were relaxed but super friendly. I just ate breakfast but it was excellent - very fresh. I would have no hesitation in taking my son there. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Beach wasn't even 5 minutes away and was beautiful. Park area at the rear for children - Papas restaurant in town is stunning.
Review 75：1) Dúplex-style room with only one air conditioner that is not enough for this room volume, you need to open the windows 2) Bad quality of the breakfast: everything there is like low cost supermarket 3) Personnel is constantly away from the reception 4) The hotel is located near the local ZOO which means that at night you can perfectly hear the birds croaking even with closed windows

Review 83：On street car parking a nightmare (it was Easter which could have beenthe problem). Hotel has own underground car park but you have to go downin a lift, two flights, the lift itself is difficult to turn into and itis very narrow.

A safe can be rented for EUR 2.20 per day. A security deposit of EUR 30 is also required for use of the safe and will be refunded upon return of the key.Please note that access to the car park is via a car lift. Vehicles weighing 2000 kg or more cannot use this lift. It is not possible to use the lift if the vehicle measures over 7 feet in width, 20 feet in length or 7 feet in height.Please note that from 14 April lunch and dinner is from a set menu, with salad and a choice of 2 first and 2 second courses. Coffee, dessert and drinks are not included.
