Review 1：The whole complex was a little too big for us. We thought that the towels could have been changed daily as apposed to not at all!?
Review 2：Our apartment was very spacious with good views of lake & golf course. Would use again if ever in the area.
Review 3：Kitchen not equipped very well. House was not clean. Kitchen items were not clean (knifes, forks for example). Surroundings are boring.

Review 5：We stayed in the Residences as we have the last few times we have stayed. The facility is brilliant, bar and restaurants are always good to drink and eat at. We will be back again soon.
Review 6：The biggest issue is the location, Torre Pacheco is not really a "nice" place and there is basically nothing in a radius of 7-8km, so unless you are there for playing golf or spending the time in the swimming pool, you MUST have a car.
Review 7：The apartment was excellent, one of the best I have ever had, modern and clean. All what you need to cook was there. As you are inside a protected area with security guards, you can let the car in the lots of parking places without any issue. Wifi was excellent.

Review 14：The info on the Booking.com website says you can use the facilities of the hotel but it doesn't say that you have to pay to use them. €40 for use of the swimming pool for the family for and afternoon seemed like a bit of a rip-off. Plus we had an incident with one of kids at the pool who cut themselves onto chipped time. We were told that they had been waiting for 2 weeks for maintenance to fix it after something similar happened

Review 19：It was classy, lovely staff. Well equipped kitchen and great to have wifi in the apartments. The clubhouse bar was really nice. The local shop was well stocked and not overly expensive.
Review 20：It should be understood that this facility is enclosed and secure. Plenty of walking possible within complex, but a car is essential.

Review 27：Everything about the complex was 1st class, we had a brilliant time. We were over looking at apartments to rent long term while we found one to buy. We decided this is the perfect location.
Review 28：To get to the main town it's about €15 in a taxi which adds up when you want to go there most days
Review 29：The complex has everything you need 4 different restaurants, an Irish bar, a shop, about 12 different swimming pools and an indoor swimming pool with spa. I don't play golf and I still enjoyed it.
Review 30：This is only a minor piont, however, there is an on site Italian resturant and whilst waiting for our meal they supplied bread rolls and butter, which we thought was complimentary as it was placed on our table, we were not asked whether we wanted it or not, it was only when the bill arrived we realised that they charged for it. Since there was 6 of us it was 8 euros plus tax ! Food wasn't that great...
Review 31：Staff couldn't do enough for us accommodating all our requests. We arrived late, and we asked for a bit of milk and tea bags, which they kindly supplied as the on site shop was closed. Pool was supervised and well maintained. Apartments are well equipped with all mod cons including a washer dryer.

Review 34：We booked in to the residences which are 2 bedroom apartments on the grounds of the hotel. The only reason we did this was because the hotel was full. Even though we actually paid more for the apartment than if we had stopped in the hotel, we were not allowed to use the wonderful hotel pool because it was for hotel guests only.

Review 65：The beds were the hardest either of us have ever slept in. The mattresses are like iron. The 1 bedroom apartment was very small and dark. We upgraded to a 2 bed apartment which was a nice size.

Review 69：The property was out in the middle of no where. The property was billed as having "availability of 6 Jack Nicklaus golf courses. One was an hour away, the others were no closer than 20 minutes. There was only taxi service costing €20,00 each way, no shuttle. Very disappointed for this reason will not return.
