Review 1：Supposed to be spa Hotel, no spa that day, supposed to have mini bar in room, it was empty. Ants all over floor in room.

Review 3：The Spa was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient. We do not speak Spanish. Cap parking excellent.Good for dogs, with a park nearby.

Review 4：The floor coverings in the halls leading to the bedrooms were a bit dated. I think it could generally do with being freshend up.

Review 5：Its a bit out of town but still walkable. The hotel had all we required and more in that there was a beautiful Spa with a very well appointed swimming pool inside. Totally relaxing environment.

Review 8：We stayed for the week end during Moto GP in Jerez The prices were hiked up 300% but in fairness every other hotel in the area did the same. On the negative side the mattreses were very hard and need updating

Review 10：you have to pay the entry of the swimming pool ( 4€) and it close at 9 o'clock pm, the sauna was very small, breakfast open at 8 o'clock am ! the room was noisy ! you heard the noise of the street. enough for one night.

Review 12：Had to pay extra for swimming pool at €21 for one adult and two small children. This is not clear on the website. Pool also closed two days we were there and did not say when I called to make sure also the breakfast was ment to be American/ English and was not just a buffet. Very poor.
