Review 1：Small, basic room, rather expensive. The owner/manager was very impatient when instructing a new staff member.

Review 3：There was no air conditioning and it was 37 degrees and far too hot for a comfortable nights sleep, even with the windows and balcony door open. Due to location of outdoor illuminated sign we had to hand towels over the curtains to enable our children to sleep.
Review 4：The apartment was spacious and perfect for our overnight stay. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and close to local restaurants. I recommend the pizzeria just up the road.

Review 11：100% advance for 16 nights. You are screwed if you have to cut shortyour bsusiness trip due to unexpected reasons. I paid 1000 Euro asadvance, and balance remaining was Euro 320. It was very cold, andfreezing temperatures around 1 degree celcius. I told them I will paynext week, need to use the atm of Deurtsche Bank at Frankfrut hbf. TheStaff gave me the message that I will not be allowed to enter thehotel, if I don't pay the remain gin Euro 320. The Staff, Owner areall part of puzzle. Rude, and mean people. The bed is ikea, and nocomfort. I weight only 70kgs, if you are heavier then you wil betouching the frame.
Review 12：Parking was a problem. Arriving late at night left me with no parking available in the lot. I had to park a block away. I had a problem connecting to the internet. The receptionist did not understand English but we were able to get through.

Review 23：No sport room and facilities in spite of what we saw in the web site. The TV place was in a bad location that has always bothered me in the head. The key hanger was too heavy and big. I didn't see a special breakfast which cost 7 euros. The bed was not very comfortable. I couldn't connect to internet and no help was there. the room was very small.

Review 25：I was unable to access the internet consistently (I had 3 different devices and I have spent 25 years in IT industry, the problem was the DNS server access not user problems) The room has an oversized bed that, whilst comfortable, made accessing area of the room difficult I said I would take breakfast at 07:30 and I over slept only to find the Breakfast lady unlocking my door and asking me to have breakfast at 08:30 - a tad embarrassing as I was stark naked when she opened the door

Review 29：The location is terrible, 20 min walk to train station. My room was inthe cellar, clean but with a strange smell. It had nothing except twobeds, not even a wash basin! The internet didn't work andcouldn't be made to work. Staff didn't care, said it wasn'ttheir fault (!). They were unfriendly, probably feeling guilty. I staidone night. Hotels in Frankfurt were all full - and I was made to pay 99Euros for the cellar room!!!!! Asking for three times the price for aroom like that takes some guts.
