Review 2：great Location right by the sea, good breakfast, nice rooms, very good Internet, friendly helpful staff, Sauna, great view from the restaurant

Review 3：The hotel has just a limited number of parking places 100 metres away. Not offering a place to park bicycles either. Internet connection was very slow and instable.

Review 9：The staff is unfriendly and seems incompetent. The breakfast buffet(officially til 11am) was already almost finished when we arrived at10:10am. No teapots, no teafilters, not even hot water was left, neededto ask for everything and got rude answers as responds. Worse was evenwhen I booked the room, the hotel immediately charged my credit cardalthough paying at the hotel was in the contract. I called booking.comwho were very helpful and promised to solve the case. A day later thehotel had transfered the money back to my account but not the fullamount. It took another 2 phonecalls to booking.com and two to thehotel, a few emails and two weeks before they finally refunded thedifference. No excuse from the hotel either during that time (but we hada bottle of hotel bubbly on the room when we arrived). Not how we wantedto start our holidays. There are lots of nice hotels for appr. The sameprice we paid for this special offer or even less (111€ per room pernight) along the sea in Ahlbeck in nice looking villas, I highlyrecommend to choose one of them instead.
