Review 1：in the 4 beds apartment, in the master bedroom, two single beds instead of one double bed, final cleaning a little bit high

Review 3：We heard every steps above us from the 1st floor. The place to the door outside was narrow (60-70 cm:)) but we aren't fat:)

Review 11：Location and view from the balcony were somewhat disappointing. Because of the heat we had to leave open the balcony doors and so we could hear the neighbours arguing in the early hours of the morning. The host was not there when we checked out either - which felt a bit awkward.
Review 12：Self-catering facilities were good, although the studio is quite compact -- almost too small to open up our suitcases. Our host was not there when we checked in, but she left clear notes on where to find everything.
Review 13：If you don't have a good map the hotel may be hard to find for the first time. We stayed for one night and, actually, washed the dishes, etc(just a habit), but the "cleaning" fee was 20 additional euro anyway(we knew about the cleaning fee, but it was said that it was 15 euros) , plus there was additional "season" tax - 3 euro per person. Anyway, these things are just small drawbacks and even with the additional charges what you get worth the money, it only would be nice just to know them beforehand.
Review 14：The location is nice(after you find the place). It's like 10-15 minutes walk to the center and you can walk there along the quiet river bank. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large room and a nice shower, a big tv and 3 beds. The host lady is really nice.

Review 17：What we especially did not like was the 25 euros extra that we were charged for the cleaning of the apartment after our departure. We had never had such an experience before in Austria or elsewhere! By the way, we left the appartment in a very clean condition. In any case, I think cleaning is not the responsibility of the guests and schould be included in the original price. I find it very incorrect and misleading, for together with some local tax amounting to 9 euro for 3 persons for 2 nights we paid 35 euro more than the originally announced price. So, be careful with the final price! This is obviously a trick to attract more easily tourists! Another thing that we did not like was that the central heating was switched off most of the time, which is inadmissible in the end of December. Besides, the two beds in the bedroom are with wooden frames, which keeps them quite separated and that is uncomfortable when you are a couple. Also, do not forget your pillows because the ones there are extremely flat and uncomfortable. In the end, the owner is not really hospitable and showed explicitly her impatience to see us leaving as soon as we paid. Definitely we will never go in this house any more!

Review 22：The owner of this chalet house spoke perfect English and was always smiling. We had a two-bed apartment with kitchen which was perfectly functional. It was also a short 10 minute walk to the centre of town and the lake.

Review 37：We emailed the landlady before hand that we will reach at 12pm afternoon. When we reached the landlady was not present at home. When we called she replied she is at Salzburg and will reach late. We had no option left so we had to leave all our luggage in the open lawn and move for some day trip. We also had small children with us. There was no access to the toilets or water and there was no point in sitting in the lawn for hours and waiting for the lady. When we reached back in the evening, we asked the lady to make a call to a friend who was staying in a nearby hotel as we did not have enough balance in the phone and she refused to make one phone call for us. She did not even compensate for the problem caused to us. Its 1.8km away from the train station and 1 km from the lake and there is no option except to walk down or call a taxi to reach the train station or the city centre.
