Review 1：Not the best hotel. The room/bathroom was a bit cramped and dark. It's a place to sleep. Note: We got this hotel during the Frankfurt Book Fair and we had limited choices.And since we were out the whole day, the room was a good enough place to sleep in.

Review 2：The reception guy working on thursday afternoon 22.10, very rude,does not know what is custumer care.

Review 3：Good location , many restaurates around.the lady working at the reception on friday 23.10 was very helpfull.

Review 4：Outdated, making it look dirty. One of the persons working at the reception did not know what he was doing (not even where the room was) though friendly, the other one was very rude and patronizing. That is not the way you speak with a guest! Shower did not work properly. Bed uncomfortable

Review 6：old furniture, walls were dirty, carpets old and I felt smell of air freshener mixed with smell of cigarrets. I've even found ashtray in room..

Review 7：Clean room and bathroom, big rooms, late check in, wifi was working perfectly, even from bar nearby it worked ok. For just sleep over it was ok hotel.

Review 8：I stayed in a non-smoking room where people are not allowed to smoke. However, the previous guest who stayed in this room has smoked here, which is prohibited. I told the reception of such matter, and they changed me the room immediately. I was told that a "basic cleaning" will be done for this room. The staff apologized for such situation, and I am fine with this issue.

Review 9：I've stayed at Mainbogen twice and this is the third time here. The staff are so friendly and good. The old man who is doing the night shift is interesting, nice, and funny. I like the free pay TV, the strong wifi, and the flexibility of the stuff.

Review 10：Very rude and unpleasant person at the reception desk during the night shift - seriously, person with such attitude probably should not be dealing with guests; noisy back yard - during the hot nights it is impossible to have any sleep with the window opened; lack of A/C - without it rooms get very high temperatures even if the temperatures outside are not that extreme (ca. 26°C).

Review 19：I have been to Germany several times and I was disappointed from the staff but mainbogen staff are Very Very Nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel has excellent cost compared to other properties in Frankfurt. Location is not bad. Close to the Main river and to Frankfurt (15 minutes). Lift in the Hotel. Very nice body and hair wash. Very flexible check-in and check-out process.

Review 20：Staff was great, they helped us get dinner ( we arrived very late on a Saturday night to a small village). The place is really quiet, we cuold get a good night's rest.

Review 21：The 70ies style might not be everyone's taste - brown tiles in the bathroom and dark color carpets and curtains. You kind of expect to bump into Kriminalkommisar Derrick any time. But since it is clean and nothing's broken it is somehow even charming that way.

Review 22：We wanted a cheap, no-frills hotel as close to the airport as possible. Hotel parking was tiny and already full, but lots of free parking space along the streets surrounding the hotel. Friendly and funny guy at the reception.

Review 23：This the third time for me at Mainbogen. It is a nice and calm hotel where you can enjoy your weekend, especially if you are planing to spend sometime beside the Main river or if you want to spend sometime in Frankfurt city, it will be just great. I like the free parking and 24 hours desk.

Review 26：Empty soap in the bathroom and in the shower as well. Broken light in the room. Doors to bathroom were curved and could not get closed. Ventilation in bathroom was loud and resonating. Mattress was sagging and bed was creaky.

Review 30：I lost my wallet and had only 50 Euros to my name. Moses and Capiro offered me a discount that allowed me to have money to eat for the night until I was able to contact my bank and have money wired to me. Although I do business in Wiesbaden, I will now stay at the Mainbogen Hotel. Thank you Moses and Capiro for taking care of me and I will definitely be back next month.

Review 31：Rooms very small, two single beds in the double room. rooms seemed "tired". Car park was secure but entrance very tight, especially getting out, plus we were blocked in by a staff member who then had to move his car to let us out in the morning, Restaurant closed. No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Review 40：Carpet lets the room down, a number of bad stains in different areas. When I turned on TV, started to channel surf, got to the 4th or 5th channel and got full on Porn. It was pay TV so not sure how long you can watch it before it switches off but it should NOT be freely accessible like this when you are looking for an english channel by surfing. Did not like the area surrounding the hotel very much, there are not any nice cafes or shops around.

Review 41：Staff were fabulous, helpful and friendly. The room size was great, bed was large & extremely comfortable, bathroom was a good size, TV was a large flat screen. Free parking, free wifi. Walking distance to river walk and staff recommended a restaurant within walking distance called Main Promenade. We are here and it was excellent. We got a great rate booking with an online booking site
