Review 1：We were in a room with a huge bath with a peculiar shower like a telephone on the end of it which was supposedly a shower. This is ridiculous for a middle aged couple and we had to shower in another friends room. Could barely step over the bath itself - quite dangerous.

Review 3：Everything. Great food and drinks. They do great cocktails! It's beautifully decorated, the rooms and views are superb. The staff were lovely. When we checked out we had hours before our train, they were happy to hold our bags while we strolled around town till we were ready to leave. I also got engaged on our balcony, so will always have fond memories.

Review 4：Breakfast could be a little later. Sitting outside was a little noisy because looked on to a busy road.Having made these comments they would not however; put me off staying again.

Review 28：Being on the main road ,a bit of traffic,but them in Tegernsee you are there to be out . Travel light to be able to carry bags up but the ever eager staff is also there to help. A water kettle in room with tea bags ,some coffee satches wold have helped.(on our request staff provided the hot water though)

Review 29：Its location overlooking the lake and its proximity to nearby shops eating joints.The view from the rooms we stayed was superb(104) One could also do the treks up the hills and spend hours by the lakes,forests and simply rejuvenate oneself . A lovely full breakfast helps give a great start to the day.

Review 37：Very big disappointment We had reserved a room with lake view 3 monthsbefore but when we arrived the hotel, the staff offered us another roomat the back without lake view. Terrible! Look another choices.

Review 40：They put us in a very small room, no balcony (from what I could figure out it was the only one without a balcony), one small window that opened over the kitchen (the smells of frying grease most of the night). The parking was interesting as someone would have to move their car so you could leave. Then they charged us for breakfast, which was supposed to be included.

The guy at the front desk as well as one of the girls in the bar were extremely helpful and told us how to get around and get to the cable car up to sledding. Review 48：Being awaken by drunk, loud guests at 1:30am outside the hotel, continued by disco music for another hour in the hotel, and then had to listen to them during the next morning. The hotel should have handled this situation so the rest of the guests stay was not ruined. If you have a nice place, have nice guests!

Review 52：This is not really a criticism but just a note of advice. If you are asingle traveler you probably won't get the room with the big bathtubunless you request it. My bathroom was very modern and certainly met myneeds so I was not disappointed that I did not have the bathtub.

Review 53：As an American wanting to visit my mother's girlhood home and get intouch with my German heritage, Seehotel Luitpold gave me the perfectexperience. It is a very charming and elegant place to stay. The staffhelped me with all my needs from serving meals to carrying my luggage tohelping me to arrange day trips. It is not a huge hotel with a largenumber of rooms so they can give their guests the attention they need.Since I know very little German the fact that everyone spoke Englishmade it easy. My room was absolutely lovely and just as it looks ontheir web site. View of the lake was great. The breakfast buffet andother meals I ate there were delicious. I wanted a true Bavarianexperience in Tegernsee and staying at Seehotel Luitpold largelycontributed to that experience. I loved it! Someday soon I plan toreturn to this area and Seehotel Luitpold is the only place I willconsider staying. I am very much relaxed and revived after my stay inTegernsee at Seehotel Luitpold. I cannot believe my good fortune infinding such a wonderful place using booking.com.
