Review 1：It was a local holiday and we did not know and were looking for a super market and the hotel staff sent us to the supermarket but neglected to mention that it was holiday and it was closed. Check-out took a while and we paid for a "kurkarte" but never received it.
Review 2：The swimming pool area was fantastic. The location was great. Very close to the promenade. Price was great. Free parking.
Review 3：It was one of the worst experiences I've had. The hotel double booked our room and made us change room and pack every night. The main manager was extremely rude and impolite. In addition the sea view room just gives a glimpse of the water.
