Reviews for Hotel & Spa Sierra de Cazorla
Review 1:a bit too expensive for the whole picture. Spa could have been included for guest, we had the most expensive rooms and still had to pay 25 euros each to enter. Breakfast is good but restaurant looks like you are in another hotel
Review 2:The staff user friendly. Spa circuit one of the best we've ever been! Rooms have a stunning view!
Review 3:Availability of Wi Fi was very poor on the Saturday & Sunday, ok on the Friday. Bit of noise from the restaurant next door.
Review 4:Loved the view from our room and the National Park. Lots of choice for breakfast, lovely views from terrace of cafeteria. Loved the Spa but a bit crowded on the Saturday evening.
Review 5:We thought that having to pay extra for the spa €25.00 each was an added daily expense that we had not factored into the total cost. Even a discount to hotel guests would have been welcome.
Review 6:The gentle pace of life, around and in the nation park and hotel. The excellent breakfast and the facilities in the hotel, the spa with reservations (see what didn't you like).
Review 7:The room: After booking for the weekend before and then changing the dates as the room I requested was no longer available, I would have expected to arrive and been given the room I actually wanted!!! I paid for the most expensive room in the hotel and requested the castle ruin view and was given a room overlooking the street at the back of the hotel. Extremely disappointing! The food: We had an evening meal in the restaurant from the a la carte menu and the steak was perfect but the rest eg vegetables were the same as the half/full board buffet style and not what you would expect to 'pay' for. Also had a desert which I sent back but still paid for!
Review 8:The spa was great and the service was good.
Review 9:Rooms in loft not great if you are tall as having slanting room in bedroom and bathroom. Wonderful terrace but have to climb through a half size door to get out. Hit my head a few times!
Review 10:Beautiful spot. Hotel was good and comfortable. Restaurant was a bit dark in the basement, but food was fine. Staff all really helpful and friendly.
Review 11:Excellent fixed price lunch & dinner. Parking in the shade. Hotel separate from village - excellent views from back of hotel.
Review 12:Nothing
Review 13:Comfortable hotel. Attentive, helpful steff. Spa to die for.
Review 14:fantastic location, rooms very comfortable and stylish. Food exceptional, staff very friendly, facilities of a high standard. We will return again.
Review 15:Prices for Spa and pool etc. were not displayed clearly. For 2 people to use the pool, sauna etc. it costs 50 euro, that's a bit much I think.
Review 16:Excellent cafeteria/bar, with very helpful, efficient staff. Indoor swimming pool, sauna etc. was exotic!
Review 17:We were half board and though the breakfast was very good the main meal in the evening was poor in quality, amount and appearance.Plus we had no apology when we complained the food was cold. No bar in the hotel. Little English spoken. We asked for a double bed as it was our Anniversary but got two pushed together instead? It was expensive for what we received.
Review 18:The room was lovely and the view was excellent when the weather was good but unfortunately it was foggy the whole time we were there. We appreciated the bottle of cava they sent to our room for our anniversary
Review 19:The location was amazing. On top of the world at the end of the valley surrounded by olive trees Overlooking a medieval castle. What more could've ask for?
Review 20:Quality / choice of evening meal and rushed service No service at pool side Various lack of attention to detail e.g broken outdoor furniture no paper in communal toilets
Review 21:Setting of hotel Quality of room Parking
Review 22:The Spa could use a slight bit of maintenance as not everything isworking 100%.
Review 23:We both love the area of Cazorla and we choose this hotel for a longweekend break. The Spa facilities are good and very reasonably priced. We choose the room with the private Jacuzzi on the terrace, which weenjoyed. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard. We ate in boththe restaurant ('a la carte') and Bar/Cafeteria and foundthe food to be of good standard and reasonably priced, the staff at bothestablishments were efficient and friendly. The Hotel reception staffwere very friendly and helpful pointing out attractions and sights whichthankfully we did visit. The staff at the spa, which we visited twiceduring our stay were also friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good withplenty of variety including cooked food available on request. The hotelis well located to visit the areas attractions which are stunninglybeautiful. There is plenty of parking both in front and within the hotelgrounds. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Iwould definitely stay at this hotel again.
Review 24:The decoration was a bit kitsch. Our double bedroom just had two beds pushed together.
Review 25:The spa, I just didn't pay attention while booking that it wasn't included in the room. The service, the people were friendly and helpfull.
Review 26:very good room presentation, very confortable
