Review 1：The wi-fi quality is quite poor. There is no restaurant for supper. The rug in my room was stained.

Review 2：Bus number 3 takes you to the Plaza de Toros and also to the Valdelagrana beach. The décor is distinctive. Breakfast croissants are excellent.

Review 3：Our stay coincided with a known event in the area so the hotel/apartments were quite heavily booked but the staff at breakfast consisted of one you lady who tried her best but was overwhelmed by the numbers and a manager who treated the customers a bit like Basil in Fawlty Towers! Coffee took 25 minutes to arrive and when it did it was cold and un-drinkable. Lunch is not served apart from a room service menu and dinner which I had twice during the week was awful. This is a 4* hotel but the dining is not worthy of 1*. We ended up having breakfast at a local coffee shop about 2 minutes walk away and all other meals were eaten in local restaurants. I believe there is a payment option where dinner is included, save your money and eat out.

Review 4：The hotel is set in a quiet suburb of the town. It is a delightful hotel with lots of public areas that you can explore, reception was efficient, English was spoken which was great because my Spanish is very poor. The room was exactly as described with a large bed, large bathroom (shower & bath), small balcony overlooking the pool area, there was private underground parking operated by your room key. There were two pools available but neither had a bar and the main bar was closed during the day so drinks had to be taken from the room mini bar or bought in the local shops. The hotel is not near the beach but taxis can be ordered at reception and cost around €10 for a 1 way trip.

Review 5：Insufficient staff on duty. The breakfast was not included in the price. 10 Euro pp was too excessive. The hotel boasted having A Bar, pool Bar. There was NO BAR Facilities AT ALL during the day, until 6 pm. Vending Machine ONLY

Review 9：This place is deluxe: beautiful grounds and rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. We were visiting friends in Puerto de Santa Maria and this hotel was the closest to their place so we chose it mostly on location -- and when we experienced what a great place it was we were delighted. A real find!

Review 17：The cooked breakfast was surprisingly below standard. We came down for breakfast early and the omelette was always overcooked and chewy. The sausages and the bacon were tasteless and not appetising in the least. The rest of the breakfast items were fine. We were very disappointed not to be able to enjoy a proper cooked breakfast in the morning though.

Review 18：We liked the fresh and elegant decor and the fact that the hotel was divided into small Houses made it feel quite homely. Gardens were very well kept and the variety of plants was amazing.

Review 23：We were there for Christmas eve and Christmas day and everything"fitted" with this time. Dinner was very good - when we slowedthe waiter down a little (w wanted to make an evening of it and not bein and out in 30 mins).We loved the bath in the room. We were looking forward to the spa - there was nothing on the booking form to say it was closed for long term maintenance. However the staff were great and arranged for us to visit a nearby hotel with spa - even on Christmas Day.

Review 24：В одном из отзывов прочитал, что до пляжа 15 минут пешком - не верьте, не менее 40, так что это совсем не пляжный отель. Рассчитывайте на себя и на свой автомобиль. Ближние пляжи (куда трансфер или 40 минут пешком, т.е. километра три, но никак не чуть более 1 км, как это написано в презентации отеля) узкие и слишком многолюдны, хотя есть и душ-туалет-рестораны. В итоге ездили в Кадис на пляж Плая де Виктория, о чем ни разу не пожалели.

Review 25：Реально просторный номер, но балкончик мог бы быть и побольше. ДОбротные сильные затраки, три бассейна, спа, трансфер на автобусе на пляж и обратно (5-6 рейсов в день по графику), расположение в районе небедных вилл, рядом в 5-минутной пешей доступности несколько ресторанов, супермаркет. Собственная парковка в цокольном этаже. Персонал весьма отзывчив на решение мелких проблем и рекомендации по поводу того, куда податься... Тем, кто готов учесть и подготовиться к преодолению некоторых препятствий - однозначно рекоендую этот отель, особенно тем, у кого есть авто.

Review 26：Large additional cost for an extra bed that was already part of the roomdesign; an extra 28 euro for an 8 year old plus another 5 euro for herbreakfast. The evening food was disappointing, sent back for improvementbut still disappointing. The staff were attentive and apologetic but ittainted our stay. The pools close at 9pm which is sad considering it wasstill 35 degrees.
