Review 9：When advertised they assured us it had air conditioning, it did not. (Not even fans) it was unbearably hot. The front door could not open easily. The photos on the website were a lot nicer than the real flat. The sofa bed was broken. They advertised the flat as a 6 person flat, however the two sofas would not fit an adult. And barely a child could fit on there comfortably. The showers were pathetic. The water pressure was like being dribbled on. Couldn't rinse out shampoo properly. Also one of the shower heads was loose and a safety Hazard. The back door to the balcony would not lock and would randomly open. Over all, a great disappointment.

Review 12：Very close to beach and the pool was lovely too. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Stayed here for FIB festival - some people walked it but bus is very handy and much less sweaty!
Review 13：I wouldn't recommend Benicassim as a destination unless the FIB festival was on, as I'm not sure that there would be much to do in the area. In general, people working in Benicassim were rude and unhelpful. The service in all of the nearby restaurants was shocking. The staff in these apartments were lovely though. If you do stay here for the festival, note that taxis don't come very often and taxi companies say they're sending a taxi but don't bother so you may need to make the 45 minute walk each time.

The remaining 75% will be charged upon key collection at the offices of Viajes Orange.Please note that from 28 September check-in takes place between 16:30 and 19:30. It is necessary that upon arrival the customer provides the IBAN and SWIFT code of their bank account for the refund of the deposit.
