Review 1：Lovely pool and gardens. We had a ground floor apartment as requested. There was no kettle but reception provided one when we asked. Apartments cleaned everyday at a convenient time up to 3pm. Pool towels provided.

Review 2：Washing machine didn't work and wasn't fixed although we were told several times it would be looked at- but then we hadn't paid for an apartment with a washing machine so couldn't really complain! Very steep stairs which we didn't mind but could be a problem for people with any mobility problems.

Review 3：We were allocated a 2 bedroom apartment although we had only booked a one-bedroom- this meant we had a bigger kitchen, which was great. The grounds and pool area were beautiful, but often the pool was full of children, so it was great to have a small pool right beside our terrace. Staff were helpful and buses into town were regular. Good restaurants in local area if you don't want to go into town. Osborne Bodega and Cadiz both worth a visit.

Review 7：Great resort and area. Plenty to see. Visit to Osborne sherry bodega was excellent. Watch out for random police breathalyser checks in the Jerez area. They are about most days. Need to check time for English language visit. Ferry to Cadiz - enjoyed a day there. It's a lovely city.

Review 8：In a great location. There are shops, restaurants and bars/cafés near by, about half hour walk to the beach. Nice quiet area, the facilities are lovely and clean. Would definitely stay here again

Review 9：Really comfortable apartments, loads of space, well kitted out. The facilities are excellent, in particular the gardens and pool areas. There are supermarkets and a choice of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. An easy 30 min. walk to the centre of the town or take a bus. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a few days. Staff were helpful and professional.

Review 10：Nothing. The only suggestion I would make is that the kitchen would be better with dish washing detergent and dishcloth made available.

Review 11：Very helpful reception staff and great cleaning staff. Apartment was upgraded to a larger size and had a lovely outlook with balcony. Great to have a washing machine in the apartment. Pool and other facilities great. Easy walk to supermarket bars and restaurants. Street parking available but we used the secure parking under the hotel which was easy to access. Short drive to town where there is plenty of parking next to the river for very little cost. Great town to stay and day trip by ferry to Cadiz. Bodegas particularly Osborne a great visit.

Review 14：I have stayed many times at The Los Jandalos apartments Vistahermosa. And will definitely return again for my next vacation. The two bedroom apartments are very good. There is a kitchenette with fridge microwave, hotplate.with plenty of pans,utensils etc iron,ironing board.there is a daily maid service who clean everything and even wash the dishes.the lounge area is comfortable with sofa ,table and chairs and flat screened t.v.there are patio doors leading to a small terrace.with patio table and chairs.the two bedrooms are spacious and both have ample fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom also has a flat screened t.v and a security safe is located inside the wardrobe.there is a fully equipped bathroom with bath shower, toilet and bidet there is a seond bathroom with toilet and wash basin.a hairdryer is provided along with soap shower gel shampoo etc.there is plenty of hot water,and towels which,if required are changed daily.the appartment has a/c.from the terrace it leads you to the beautifull gardens and lovely large swimming pool.which is surrounded by tropical plants and trees.there are many comfortable sunbeds,and beach towels are provided at the hotel reception free of charge.There is a poolside bar which provides food.The hotel does have a excellent spa and also a restaurant where you can also have breakfast.although there is room service is provided on request in the appartments.The staff at The Los Jandslos are extremely pleasant and helpful.The hotel/appartments are good for all ages and family friendly being suitable for children.The Los Jandalos is very clean and well kept.The hotel is not in walking distance to the beach.but the hotel does provide a courtesy bus.also there is a local bus service nearby.which will take you to the town.the beach.and the shopping centre. Vistahermosa has a few nice bars and restaurants a small supermarket and a few shops.all within walking distance of The Los Jandalos hotel and appartments.

Review 15：The Director charged us a night we didn't use because a flight cancelation. We won't come again or recommend it. Poor customer care.

Review 27：Location a bit out of town suited us as we had a car. The #3 bus in to town was great - just don't try to head back to the hotel after 9:30 pm or you'll have to get a taxi or walk. Ferry to Cadiz was nice 30min trip.

Review 29：Reception stuff were generally a bit grumpy. The menu on the day we ate at the restaurant was not available before we went, therefore we couldn't take advantage of the 10% they offered every day. When we tried to apply it on the day we were leaving we were told this was not possible. This was a bi disappointing.

Review 30：The garden and pool are was very beautiful and relaxing. Very well maintained too. The apartment was lovely and comfortable. The cleaners were polite and nice.

Review 31：Unfortunately the Spa was closed when we arrived (Although we were informed of this), but there didnt seem to be any work happening on it. The rooms were comfy, but the furniture is very outdated and covered in pads to protect them...not the most visually appealing. Finally the kitchen is very basic. There was no kettle, but you got a teapot... and the cookware was very shabby...pots with loose handles etc. These are very small things if I am honest as we really enjoyed our time there.

Review 32：The outdoor space was fantastic. The gardens were very well kept, and the pools were both very clean. The rooms were quite spacious and the patio led to the pool and garden making access in and out very easy. The hotel is very spacious when you walk around it, which given its urban location; you do not feel pinned in.

Very pleasant residential neighbourhood, good for strolling. Regular, inexpensive bus service to and from town centre in fifteen minutes. Good range of shops within five minutes walk.

Review 39：Our apartment was opposite hotel reception,; arrival was late but our check in quick and the person on reception was very friendly. Apartment spacious and nicely furnished, bit tired in places but spotlessly clean. Small terrace off the living area and there is a shared pool with sun loungers which appeared to be used very little. Bedding and towels changed daily (if you indicated you wanted this) I asked to borrow an iron and it was delivered within hours. Hotel/apartment grounds are beautiful. Lovely large garden & pool within hotel grounds with small snack bar and seating area, plenty of shade under various palm trees and also very easy to sit with some privacy. We stayed only 4 nights as we had travelled from Barcelona then Seville and it was a welcome relaxing break at the end of a busy few days of sightseeing. I liked the lovely little Spanish town of El Purto de Santa Maria and we loved Cadiz but not sure I would want to spend much more than a few days there as it was a little out of the way - however, Vistahermosa (tiny area) had few bars, restaurants & taxi rank within easy walking distance of Los Jandalos. If we go back to the area I'd like to try somewhere closer to beach - maybe Rota.

Review 41：The pool and gardens were lovely. Our one bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had a 2 ring hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge plus ice box. Every day the towels were changed and the apartment cleaned.

Review 44：There is nothing not to like at Los Jandalos Vistahermosa, i have just returned from staying for 11 nights in a two bedroom apartment.which are well equipped, comfortable, with a/c. small kitchenette, fridge, microwave,hob, iron, etc.also a flat screened t.v in the lounge area, and another in the main bedroom..There is a friendly maid service everyday, with clean towels, sheets etc. loads of hot water in the bathroom shower.The door from the lounge area leads out to the garden/pool,and is a superb area, beautiful tropical palm trees surround the lovely well kept pool, everywhere is very clean, there is also a poolside bar.There are many comfortable sunbeds.I did not eat dinner at the hotel, but did enjoy breakfast there on one occasion. The Hotel also has a lovely spa.. The staff on reception are very pleasant and helpful, Although i have been spending my holidays in El Puerto Santa Maria for many years, this is my first time at Los Jandalos Vistahermosa,This hotel is family friendly and suitable for weddings, Vistahermosa is a very nice area,the beach is not in walking distance, but the hotel does have a courtesy bus to take hotel guests down to the beaches, which are endless white sand and completely safe. for swimming.I would recommend Los Jandalos Vistahermosa, and will definitely return again in the near future.

Review 45：The parking garage is very small. After parkign in it one time, Icancelled the garage usage for the balance of our stay. There is amplestreet parking. The clothes washer in our suite was very old and did notwork properly. Our room also needed a new showerhead.

Review 46：Proximity to the commercial center for dinners and shopping includinggroceries for the room. The cleaning staff was exceptional...our roomwas impeccably cleaned ever day by smiling adn willing staff who alsowashes the dishes. The pool are is also very nice, and was shelteredwhen a levante blew in.

Review 48：I love the ambience of the surroundings, the tropical style plants all with their botanical names, the coolness of the pool and the attention to cleanliness in the area around the pool. The rooms are spacious and although a little dated are spotless. This is my second visit since last September and I love it for the peace and the sunshine.

Review 49：Very nice garden area with outdoor pool. Personal building complex and a quiet location. Nice tow bedroom suite. We stayed two nights when stopping in Cadiz area during an Andalucia roundtrip by car, so the location in the suburban area was not an issue. Parking available. Did not use the spa.
