Review 1：The room had no view of the water. We would have paid a little more to have a better room. It was also very small and during the day we heard the sound of cars on the street. We didn't realise a "comfort room" meant the smallest loudest one they had.
Review 2：After check-out we were allowed to stay the whole day and use the pool facilities. That was wonderful. Also the staff found my swimming goggles, which I had left inside my bathrobe in the room at check-out time.
Review 3：Breakfast not included and at extra costs of 20 EUR per person - absolutely not worth! no one serves coffee, no fresh scambled eggs Staff tries to be friendly but is incompetent and inexperienced. Parking for 10 EUR per day - even though the Hotel is in the middle of no-where

Review 5：I think the check in time is to late, I saw a lot of our guest with booking.com reservations complaining about the same thing, meaning check in only after 15 hours, and check out as to be made at 11 am, and the hotel is very restricted in that point, so you pay a lot of money for your stay, but you in fact don't use the hotel correctly, its an hotel with Spa comforts, and if they had changed their check in check out time, or even be flexible with that, they will have a lot more clients and happy ones. In the end we clients lose a lot, of precious time (4 hours in total), that makes you think if its worth to use the hotel again in a weekend escapade. And its a hotel very near Berlin, and with such beautiful views, it's really a pity!!

Review 8：We had booked two deluxe rooms with lake view for our 5 night stay.We arrived Saturday late afternoon the pre booked parking was not available due to two functions at the resort and we were told to park on the street. After checking in we went to our rooms; we were allocated one deluxe room and one superior standard which view was the wall of adjoining building. I immediately called the reception and a VERY RUDE reception informed me they were fully booked and there was nothing she could do. I enquired if we could be moved the following day and was told NO DID YOU NOT HEAR, WE ARE FULLY BOOKED FOR YOUR STAY! My husband then went down to reception and was treated the same, he then requested a refund as we were going to alternative accommodation but said reception informed him it is non refundable!We contacted booking.com and Ashley assist us per telephone. Ashley contacted the reception and was told we could be moved the following day to a Deluxe room as booked.3 hours after arrival the reservation officer Anna contacted us as a Deluxe room was now available???Breakfast the following morning was a waited of 30 minutes for a waiter to approach our table to offer coffee, when this did not happen, we approached them!Not one waiter approached our table to clear dishes or enquire whether we would like another coffee! However they hovered like moths to a light at other patrons tables.For 2 of our 5 night stay the hotel restaurant was closed for dinner without prior warning. A notice posted outside the door directed us to their harbor restaurant which was full with a wait of an hour to hour an half @ 8pm or, we could sit outside. This restaurant offered little to no vegetarian meals and is 90% seafood with Duck & Ox being the remainder 10%. We were informed to order room service if we were not happy with the menu which incidentally has no vegetarian options! At 9pm we finally found a restaurant outside the resort to have dinner!
Review 9：Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. Spacious Deluxe room with great view over the lake. Large bathroom, power pressure shower. Spa staff are welcoming & friendly, Spa facilities & treatments good.
