Review 1：Rented an apartment with two small kids. Easy access to Gmund (2-3 blocks) and Tegernsee Braüstüberl (1.3K on lakeside walking trail). Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Review 2：I would have preferred that our dog can accompany us during breakfast. But its the properties policy which we honestly accepted with no problem.

Review 3：location is perfect a few minutes away from Lake. Although central it is still in a quite area. What impressed us most is the staff, they are super friendly, ready to help with a smile on their face. Thumbs up for the breakfast, room cleanliness and set up of apartments.

Review 4：The only thing that was frustrating was that we were charged 20€ per child which was not explained in our booking. We have four children, so it doubled the expected price.

Review 13：Owner is grumpy and not accommodating. Breakfast selection is poor. Location is average compared to proximity from lake. Hotel is clean and that is the main plus point

Review 14：The hallway always smelled like smoke and so did the pillows. The sofabed was very uncomfortable. There was a lot of noise from other guests (like loud laughing, loud TV,etc.) the whole night (until 5am in the morning). At check-in we were told that we will be receiving a guest card, which didn`t happen. All in all the hotel is too expensive...

Review 15：The owner of the hotel was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The backyard had a nice playground (except the dog poop everywhere).

Review 16：Nice hotel apartment style but unfortunately the weather was freezing and we cut our stay short. Nice people and traditional Bavarian atmosphere.
