Review 1：The beds weren't the best and general decor was a little tired. Whilst most of the staff were good some looked a little morose The dinner buffet was tasty enough but was poorly presented

Review 3：Beds were not very comfortable, also bed sheets weren't changed during our stay. High cost for wifi, you can get it free from many bars and restaurants located nearby.

Review 4：our room was nice, enough space for cloth storage. Location is 1 min from beach and bus stop to Palma. Breakfast and dinner were also fine for the price, with exception of coffee and juice for breakfast which were not tasty at all.

Review 10：Breakfast not good. Tea and coffee undrinkable, juices tasted verywatery. Breads etc not replenished so little choice. Needs to have asmall fridge in bedrooms, as no where to keep a bottle of water coolovernight. Hotel seemed understaffed as often no one on reception. Noservice around pool area, so always had to find someone to help. Guestswith hire cars have to park about 10-15 min walk away or you have tofeed meters every few hours. This is a huge inconvenience.

Review 11：Very clean room, friendly helpful chamber maids. Lovely swimming pool,kept clean and tidy. Closeness to beach, and to town very convenient.Night porter helpful. Also Mabel the owner is delightful.
