Review 1：The quality of the breakfast was not good, the bed was not so comfortable and the bed had one small pillow for each guest. The quality of the towels and the old fashioned style of the junior suite room was not appropiate for a 4 stars hotel.

Review 2：The Reception provided us with a Free Tram Card for the weekend to travel within the city for free. Very quiet area so it was very pleasant to sleep. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Review 9：Deep cleaning seems to be needed in the bathroom. It was clean, but the edges could be done a little better. But it didn't bother me.

Review 10：They were very attentive to anything we asked about. There was always someone ready to help us. Really convenient location, right on the metro lines with a quick ride to the train station. Having the excellent breakfast provided and great staff just made it even better. Slept wonderfully.

Review 11：Rooms on the patio side are quite noisy when guests are having fun outside. The dinner menu is very limited and doesn't meet four star standards. The functionality of the free WiFi wasn't given.

Review 19：We arrived at quarter to eleven on a Sunday night and the bar was shut. During the week we always got back to the hotel after the restaurant had closed and there was no alternative other than to go and find a restaurant in the city. Bar snacks would have been welcome

Review 20：The rooms are comfortable and spacious and don't feel like hotel rooms. The bathroom was very smartly decorated and the shower was good. There was an excellent choice of food at the buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and mostly helpful
