Review 3：No air conditioning in upstairs apartment this year which meant sleeping very difficult. Should have a kettle. Also need instructions regarding rubbish collection

Review 5：Minor hiccups like not being given the internet code at the time of getting the key then struggling to speak to the I site help to try and get the code, only to be told we had to oh back to the main office to get it.
Review 6：I like the space we had and the fact that there was enough on site to keep people occupied. We felt safe and unrestricted.
Review 7：We were there for the FIB music festival. Great week and great value. Two single beds, 1 double bed and a sofa bed that makes 2 singles. Met some great people around the pool. About a 40-50 minute walk to the show ground, an hours walk to the town centre. See you all next year :)

Review 19：There were a lot of mice. Some of them had the brilliant idea of making a new home in my bag with dirty laundry. So i lost some clothes to the mice :-( It wasn't one mouse the place was full of mice we saw them constantly running through the place.....

Would have liked more I.fo about localityand facilities. Difficult to drop key off when leaving very early,appmt to far from office.

Please note that the swimming pool is open from June 1st until September 30th.Except for non-refundable rates, 25% of the total reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of Booking. The remaining 75% will be charged upon key collection at the offices of Viajes Orange.Please note bed linen is changed once a week. Towels are not provided. Some apartments offer air conditioning on request and for an extra charge. Please note in the Comments Box when booking if you require air conditioning.Please note that from 17 November to 1 May check-in takes place on Monday to Friday between 09:30 and 14:00, and 16:00 to 18:00. The office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.Please note that key collection takes place at: Viajes Orange, Avenida Ferrandis Salvador 188, Benicàssim.Guests staying at Apartamentos Orange Park during the International Benicassím Festival (FIB) must pay a refundable damage deposit of EUR 100 on arrival. The deposit will be refunded on the first Friday after the departure by bank transfer and is subject to damage inspection. A refundable damage deposit of EUR 50 is payable during the rest of the season.Please note that for stays of more than 28 nights electricity carries a surcharge of EUR 0.30/kW.Please inform Apartamentos Orange Park Orange Costa of your expected arrival time in advance.
