Review 1：The room was much smaller than was described during booking. Double room was booked, and double bed asked in a Special request. However, the twin room was given to us.

Review 2：The Hotel is located in the wonderful area just next to the lake. Breakfast was good, and staff was friendly.

Review 3：Parking is poor. Only able to park outside a dis-used hotel (which is in the process of being renovated). Will be even more of a problem when it's completed.

Review 16：The rooms are small, have rather low ceilings (at least on the floor where our rooms were located) and seem a bit dated (the same applies to the small bathrooms). While the location is great, very few rooms have a view on the lake. We got rooms in the very back of the hotel, which did not have much of a view.

Review 30：But I have to say, I feel disrespect and unwelcome from some hotel employees. Me and my wife pass through their restaurant, we said hello to these young waiters whom sit on side, but they start to make fun on our tone of voice. Its ok, i am not German, you can laugh my tone, but more negatively, we met them again in the main entrance in the afternoon, they start even point to my wife with their finger to learn the way we talk and laugh loudly. I tried to complain to the front desk, but the gentleman just told me "they don't understand your culture". I travelled many country in the world and Germany is always one of my favorite place. But this hotel gave the most terrible experience during this travel. Next time, just write on the booking.com, you don't welcome different culture guests, then we will understand.

Review 31：The location of the hotel is good in the center of the town and just in front of the lake.

Review 32：The Bedroom was a bit austere. A couple of pictures on the wall would have been nice The Chairs in the room could have been a bit more comfortable. These are not significant issues but it would have added just another nice touch. WIFI in the room would have been a bonus.

Review 105：The location of this hotel is terrrific, being right on the lake. The free parking at the back of the hotel is also an advantage of staying here. We ate dinner at the hotel which we enjoyed immensely. The boat trip on the lake is wonderful, even in rainy weather. On fine days the row boats are also available for hire. We enjoyed a quiet time on the lake rowing in one of these.

Review 106：There are a couple of derelict buildings next to this hotel, which tooka bit away from the splendor of the area. And the "casino"behind the hotel did not help the ambiance. But I really don't likeany European casinos - they seem very tacky and seedy. Not the fault ofthe hotel, just an observation.

Single room located at 2nd floor is very basic, reminding me of old time hostel. Doubleroom is a bit better. Personally I think the best choice for this hotel would be lakeview room but clearly this kind of room is only very few. Next time I'd rather book a better room even the location is a bit further from the lake. (this area Konigssee is small and all by walking distance)

Review 113：Great location, very helpfull staff, lot`s of atractions in the surrounding, amazing nature. We will come back in autumn, during the summer it must be very crowded. We had a bad weather conditions, so the village was empty, but hotel was quite full. It is OK also for family with small kids.

Review 124：I found it very overpriced for the rooms they offered. Our room was the most expensive they had, with a balcony, but the view of the balcony was a back alley. Also, the check out is at 10 am, which let's face it is too early. Specially when the check in starts only at 3 pm! Also, the cleaning lady told us off for being late in checking out when we were leaving our room at 10:05h, when she passed us on the corridor.
